How to assemble the THVEL470K fan?

Insert the tube into the base and secure with the nut. Loosen the clamping screw to extend the upper tube to the desired height, then retighten. Loosen the lock nut on the motor body, insert the motor body into the tube and tighten. Remove the nut and shaft protection, align the rear grille and tighten the nut clockwise. Insert the blades and tighten the reverse thread nut. Finally, clip the front grille onto the rear grille and tighten the ring screw.

How to use the remote control?

The remote control requires two AAA 1.5 V batteries (not included). Insert them respecting polarity. Use the buttons to turn on/off, select mode, set timer, oscillation, and speed. Standard range.

How to set the timer?

Press the Timer button on the panel or remote control to set automatic shut-off from 1 to 18 hours. The timer indicator and number of hours are displayed.

What are the available ventilation modes?

Three modes: Normal (constant speed), Natural (simulates natural wind with variations), and Sleep (progressively reduced speed for night, from 1 to 3).

How to clean the fan?

Unplug the appliance before any cleaning. Use a damp sponge with mild soapy water. Wipe with a soft cloth. Ensure no water enters the motor. Reconnect only when perfectly dry.

What to do if the fan does not turn on?

Check that the appliance is plugged into a working 230 V outlet. Check that the power cord is not damaged. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

The remote control does not work, what to do?

Check that the batteries are inserted correctly and not depleted. Replace them with new AAA batteries of the same type. Ensure there is no obstacle between the remote and the receiver.

Check that the appliance is on a stable surface and all parts are correctly assembled. Ensure nothing obstructs the blades. If the noise persists, stop using and contact customer service.

Can I use the fan near a window?

No, it is not recommended to use it near a window as rain could enter and cause electric shock. Always place it indoors on a flat, stable surface.

ASSEMBLY

1. Insert the tube into the hole on the base, then use nut fix it tightly

1. Loose the locknut for lifting and draw out the lift tube to a certain height, and then fasten the locknut back tightly

1. Loose the locknut on the fan body, insert the body to lifting tube and tighten the nut

1. Take off the nut and motor shaft protection part, align the back cover into fan head and tighten the nut clockwise

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Before using the fan, make sure that it is on a flat and stable surface.

-Press the button to start and turn off the fan, the default mode setting is normal and the default speed setting is 18.

-Press the button to choose your desired mode as per the following sequence. The mode pilot lamp will be on during the fan operating.

-Set the timer by pressing the button to select a desired time before the fan stop automatically after this period, the range is from 1 to 18 hours. The pilot light corresponding to the selected timing level will be illuminated.

-Press the button for oscillation, the pilot light will be on.

• Rotate the control knob beside the control panel or press the buttons + / - of the remote control to change the fan speed from 1-24 in Normal & Natural mode, and fan speed from 1-3 in Sleep mode. Rotate the knob clockwise to increase the speed, and rotate the knob anti-clockwise to decrease the speed.

Remote control

Requires 2 AAA batteries, 1.5 volts, not included. Used batteries should be disposed of safely. Drop in collection bins (please ask your dealer) to protect the environment. Replace the battery only with a battery of the same type, respect the polarities when inserting them.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Warning : Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.

1. Always disconnect the appliance from the mains by switching it off and removing the plug from the power outlet before cleaning.
2. To clean the outer surface of the appliance, use a lightly damp cloth. Then, dry it thoroughly with a soft, dry cloth before using again.
