Always use the product on flat and smooth surface. The product could be damaged if it falls.

    If you use a USB power supply, the socket used must always be easily accessible so that the USB power supply can be quickly removed from the socket in the case of emergency. Please also refer to the manufacturer's instruction manual.
    WARNING Improper handling of lithium polymer batteries can result in fire, explosions, hazardous substances leaking, or other dangerous situations! Do not throw the product into the fire, as this could lead to the built-in battery exploding.
  • Observe the usage restrictions and prohibitions of use for battery-operated products in situations which may be hazardous such as at petrol stations, airports, hospitals, etc.
    WARNING During charging process, please be noticed that the product must not be covered. Otherwise the product can be heated.

- Start-up and use

Charging the power bank

Because of this power bank high current consumption, never use a notebook or PC USB port to charge the power bank.
Only use a suitable USB power supply for charging this power bank (5 V=, min. 3 A; not supplied).

The built-in rechargeable battery must be fully charged before using the product.

To charge the power bank only use power supplies with an output voltage of 5V and an output current of at least 3A.
Connect the USB cable with the Micro-USB input port 5 of the power bank 1.
Connect the other end of the USB cable (USB Type A) to a USB power supply (not included in the scope of delivery) (see fig. A).
This power bank also can be charged via the USB-C port. You can use the provided USB cable with adaptor Micro-USB to USB-Type C 8 for charging power bank. Or you can use a separate USB type C to Type C connection cable together with USB Power adapter for charging power bank (but they are not contained in the contents of delivery).
The current battery status is shown by LED display during the charging process. This is approx percentage of power bank capacity but not actual measurement. The indication turns off after approx. 30 seconds.

WARNING Do not connect any device to be charged to power bank as long as the power bank is charging. Remove the charging cable from the power bank when it is fully charged.

Checking the battery status

You can check the battery status on the LED display 2 of power bank anytime.

The current battery status is shown on the display for about 30 seconds. The display then goes out and the user has to lightly press the LED ON / OFF button to switch the display back on.

  • This is approx percentage of power bank capacity but not actual measurement.

- Charging mobile devices with the power bank

You can charge up to three devices at the same time using the power bank 1. If all outputs are used at the same time, the sum of the discharging power may not exceed 3 A.

  • Connect the USB cable 8 or the original charging cable of the device to be charged to one of the two USB output 1 6 or output 2 3 Devices with a USB Type C connection cable can be connected to the USB Type C port 4.
    And then connect micro-USB port of the USB cable to the micro-USB input of device to be charged. The charging process will start automatically.
    In case if the charging process does not begin immediately, press the LED ON/OFF switch7 lightly to begin the charging process. The current battery status of the power bank 1 is displayed during the charging process by the LED display 2.
    To end the charging process, disconnect the USB charging cable from the mobile device and the power bank 1. The power bank will switch OFF and the LED display 2 will switch off after approx. 30 seconds.
    Or simply double click with LED ON / OFF switch. The power bank and the LED display 2 will switch off.

In order to charge the power bank, a power supply with 5V and at least 3 A has to be used.

A connected device is not being charged.

The internal rechargeable battery of the powerbank is drained.

The device is not connected.

Check that it is connected. Lightly press the LED ON/OFF switch 7 to begin the charging process.

The current consumption of the connected device might be too low.

Check with your connected device manual and see if your connected device current consumption comply with this product.

The power bank 1 does not react when the button is pressed or when a device is connected, even though the battery is charged.

The power consumption of the connected devices is too high. Therefore, the internal overcurrent protection device was activated.

Reduce the number of devices connected and press the LED ON/OFF switch.

- Cleaning and care

This product has no internal parts requiring maintenance.

Moisture entering the product may result in damage.

  • Ensure no moisture enters the product during cleaning to prevent damaging the product beyond repair.
    Do not use abrasive, solvent-based or aggressive cleaners. These can damage the surface of the product.
    Only clean the product with a slightly damp cloth and mild washing-up liquid.

Storage during non-use

Store the product in a dry, dust-free location, protected from direct sunlight.
If the product is not used for a long time, the built-in battery should be fully charged to prolong its operating life. Regularly charge the built-in battery if you do not use the product for a long period of time. This is necessary to preserve the battery.
