USER MANUAL THVEL930K THOMSON
IMPORTANT : Carefully read this instruction manual before switching on and keep it safe.
WARNING!!!
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
The plug socket power cable must be removed before cleaning the unit or undertake maintenance operations.

The product must be installed in accordance with the national wiring rules.
This unit is intended for household and domestic use.
- Before connecting the appliance, check that:
- The supply voltage is the same as the nameplate,
- The power supply socket is suitable to the device,
- The cable plug is adapted to the socket
The product is intended only for a socket with a main voltage of 230 volts (50 Hz). - Never insert fingers, pencils or other objects through the grid when the appliance is running..
3 Make sure the appliance is placed on a stable surface when in use. - Do not use your appliance near a window. The rain could cause an electrical shock.
- Never leave the appliance running unattended.
- For security reasons, you MUST always remove the plug from the outlet when not in use, before cleaning or before maintenance.
- Do not use chemicals or detergents for cleaning, it could easily damage or deform your appliance.

9.Do not use the unit with a damaged cord or plug. -
Never attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself. In the case of repairs by someone not competent, the warranty is void.
- The unit and the grid should not be removed for maintenance or cleaning.
- This device can be used by children aged from 8 years old and people with physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience or knowledge, they are properly monitored or instructions for using the appliance safely given to them and if the risks were apprehended.
- Children should not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance should not be performed by children unattended.

- Unplug the product when you move it.
- Never run the product in the presence or within reach of unsupervised children.

- Once the product is assembled, it is forbidden to remove the grills.

ASSEMBLY
- Remove the rotating part (2) in the direction of clockwise and nut counterclockwise (4), then remove the two pieces.
- Place the back grill (5) with the handle up.
- Firmly tighten the plastic nut (4) for fixing the grill.

Place the blade (3) on the rod (6) until it contacts the retaining pin.

The rotatable screw (2) on the

motor shaft in the opposite direction of clockwise.
- Unscrew the screw on one of the grills. Place the front grill (1) on the back grill (5), the small holes at the bottom of the grills must match in order to pass the screw. Set the grids using the 3 clips then tighten the screw.
- Insert the fan (11) in the base (12), and screw with the nut (13).
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- To activate or stop oscillation, press the button or pull (7).
- To adjust the path of the fresh air, tilt upwardly or downwardly, the ventilation grill.
- You can adjust the speed with the speed buttons:
0: Off - 1: slow - 2: Medium - 3: fast
- Plug the power cord into a suitable power socket.
MAINTENANCE
- Always disconnect the appliance from the mains by switching it off and removing the plug from the power outlet before cleaning.
- It is advisable to use a neutral detergent and a soft cloth and to rub dry. Do not use solvents, acidic detergents, petrol or alcohol etc. to clean the plastic components, as these could be deformed or damaged.
- Do not allow water to penetrate the motor during cleaning.
