How to change the door seal?

First remove the detergent drawer, door, pump cover and front panel. Loosen the clamp with a plastic tool, remove the old seal and install the new one in reverse order. Tighten the clamp to 3.4 Nm. Wear protective gloves against sharp edges.

How to replace the door lock?

Unplug the appliance and close the water inlet. Remove the top, control panel, door, clamp, front panel and seal. Disconnect the lock plug and remove it. Reassemble in reverse order. An electrotechnical test according to VDE 0701 is required after replacement.

How to clean the pump filter?

Open the pump cover at the bottom right of the appliance. Remove the cover by turning it. Clean the filter and put it back. Make sure the appliance is empty of water before starting.

How to remove the detergent drawer?

Open the detergent drawer, press the insertion latch downwards (step 2.1) and pull the drawer completely out. To reassemble, proceed in reverse order.

What tools are needed for repairs?

You will need a Torx TX20 screwdriver with hole, a torque wrench (20-100 Nm), flathead screwdrivers (3.5 and 5.5 mm), angled needle-nose pliers, cutting pliers, combination wrenches (10, 13, 17 and 16 mm) and a plastic auxiliary tool (ref. 15000155).

How to replace the drum light?

Unplug the appliance and turn off the water. Remove the top, detergent drawer, control panel. Take out the light holder, disconnect the electrical connections and remove the light from its holder. Reassemble in reverse order.

How to change the control panel?

Unplug the appliance and turn off the water. Remove the top and detergent drawer. Remove the screws and fasteners, disconnect the control unit plug, then remove the panel. Reassemble in reverse order.

What to do in case of water leakage?

Check the hose connections, door seal (wear or deformation), and pump filter (blocked). Consult the manual for replacing the door seal or pump cover.

How to remove the top of the machine?

Unplug the appliance and close the water inlet. Remove the screws at the back, push the top towards the back, then lift it off. Reassembly is in reverse order.

Can I repair my washing machine myself?

3.8 Replacing door lock

As a manufacturer, we are obliged to provide consumers with the spare part door lock including repair instructions in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/2023. However, we would like to point out that after replacing a door lock, an electrotechnical safety test by a qualified electrician is required before the device is put into operation. This person must be verifiably qualified according to the country-specific laws, regulations and standards.
