In order to put the blanket into operation again you should first set the switch to the ‘0’ position. After about 5 seconds you can switch on the heating under blanket again in any desired temperature setting. The references KTS 101 and KTS 102 will operate all night long until you switch off yourself. CAUTION: You should not rely on using your hands to gauge the blanket temperature because they are less sensitive to heat than the surface of the human body. A temperature, which may feel tepid to your hand, may feel unpleasantly hot on your body. ADDITIONAL NOTE: The electronic components inside the switch may le ad to a slight warming of the switch when the blanket is on. Therefore the switch should not be covered or placed on top of the electric under blanket when it is in operation. The blanket should be covered for example, by a duvet, because otherwise there will be a high loss of heat and the blanket cannot warm up properly. Qualified persons using original replacement parts may only undertake repairs to the electric under blanket. Repairs carried out by unqualified persons may cause substantial risk to the user.

Please clean the surface with a neutral detergent when it is dirty and wipe it dry with a soft cloth. Do not clean it with an industrial solvent like benzene or kerose ne. This electric under blanket is machine washable however hand washing/ wiping it down will prolong the lifecycle of the blanket. Please follow the instructions for washing as here under: Before the washing cycle, first disconnect the plug connection and remove the plug from the el ectric under blanket. We recommend that the blanket is only washed together with other textiles and preferably put in a sealed net bag. Set the washing machine to a delicate washing cycle at 40

C. Use a mild detergent with dosage according to the manufacturer’s instructions. 11Please note that excessive washing will wear out the electric under blanket. For this reason, it should only be washed a maximum of 5 times throughout its entire life. When washed, remove the blanket from the net bag and drape it over a clothes line to dry. Do not use clothes pegs to secure it. Only use the electric blanket and detachable connection when they are complete dry. Never switch on the blanket to dry it.
