3 mode buttons ("Smooth", "INT", "PULSE") are for the functions when using with food processor bowl. Another 3 mode buttons ("S.M.", "Steam", "PULSE") are for the functions when using with soup maker jar.

Use and Operation

Plug the machine and power button, then will see the down side buttons ("S.M." "Smooth" "Steam") with red sparkling lights, then press the function you need, the machine will have 2 times buzz warning then start working.

SmoothThis function like normal blender, it could be independent blending fruit, soup or make smoothie.
S.M.For smoothie soup maker program, preset temperature 100 degree and preset working time 25 minutes (end with 3 minutes Blend-Mixing). Then the soup will be ready and unit stop working automatically with 5 times Beepings.
IntInterval mode: This function like normal blender, it could be independent blending fruit.
Steam Eggsteamer program setting: 15mins keep heating then stop automatically.
Speed knobSpeed controller when operating with either the food processor bowl or soup maker jar. Press the power button, then 3 mode buttons start flashing, then turn the speed knob clockwise to increase the speed. Or turn the speed knob clockwise to select the speed you want, then press the flashing power button, and the machine will start working.

Note: For Soup maker, It cannot turn to other function when use the re-heating program unless you stop the power. But for the 3 buttons ("S.M." "Smooth" "Steam"), it can change to re-heating function directly.

Chopping Blade - Use and Precautions

Place the bowl onto the base and align the mark on the bowl with the mark on the base.

Turn the bowl clockwise, until it clicks into place and the bowl is positioned as per the diagram on the right.

The bowl can be removed again by turning it anti-clockwise.

Hints on Use

  • Do not run the appliance too long when chopping hard cheese or chocolate. These ingredients may become hot and begin to melt and turn lumpy.
    Always place the chopping blade in place in the Soup Maker bowl before you add the ingredients.
  • Do not use the chopping blade to chop very hard ingredients such as coffee beans, nutmeg, turmeric or ice cubes, as they may damage the blades.
  • Do not fill the bowl beyond the MAX indication.

The standard processing time for all chopping is 30-60 seconds. To chop onions, use the PULSE button to control the size of the pieces and prevent the onions from being chopped too finely.

Citrus Press - Use and Precautions

The Citrus Press has a built-in safety lock: the Citrus Press only works when the sieve is assembled properly onto the motor unit and the cone is assembled properly in the sieve. Only when all parts have been assembled properly will the cone starts rotating when it is switched on. Use only the minimum speed setting. Do not fill the bowl beyond the MAX indication.

  1. Set the control knob to the minimum speed setting.
  2. Cut the fruit to be used in halves. Press the half fruit onto the cone.

Note: It is necessary to remove the pulp from the sieve from time to time. To remove the pulp, switch off the appliance and remove the bowl from the appliance with the sieve and cone on it. Cleaning and Care

  • Always unplug the appliance before removing the attachments and before cleaning the Base.
  • Never immerse the Base in water or any other liquid.
  • Clean the Base by wiping it with a damp soapy cloth.
  • Do not use scouring pads, steel wool or any abrasive cleaning agent to clean the Base as these may damage the outer surface of the appliance.
  • The Soup Maker Bowl can be pre-washed with the use of the PULSE button. Simply add some water and washing-up liquid to the dirty bowl and secure the lid. Then press the PULSE button until the bowl or jug is clean. When pre-washing the Soup Maker Bowl in this way, make sure the Soup Maker Blade is assembled in the Bowl.
  • Disassemble and clean all the attachments separately. Attachments can be washed in warm soapy water.
  • Be careful not to touch blades or any sharp parts during use and cleaning.
  • IMPORTANT: Allow all parts to fry fully after cleaning before assembling and using again.
  • After washing and drying, store the appliance with its attachments in a dry, safe place out of reach of children.
