How to assemble the Tap2Go beer dispenser?

Insert the extension tube into the small hole on top of the 5 L beer keg, then install the remaining parts as shown in the manual. Make sure the dispensing tap is properly attached before use.

Why is the beer not coming out?

Check that the extension tube is properly connected and that a filled beer keg is present. If the problem persists, check that the gas line is not leaking.

Why is the beer too foamy?

Excessive foam may be due to a temperature that is too high in the keg (let it cool to 3-6 °C), a shaken keg (let it rest), or pressure that is too high (reduce the adjustable valve by turning the knob clockwise).

How to adjust the temperature?

The temperature is automatically regulated between 3 and 6 °C once the device is plugged in. No manual adjustment is needed. Make sure to leave 10 cm of space around for proper ventilation.

Can I use the device without a keg?

Yes, you can remove the tap and use the device as a beverage cooler for other cans or bottles.

How to clean the dispenser?

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

For operation you need a 5 L keg. Insert the extension pipe into the small hole at the top of the beer keg and attach the remaining parts as shown in the picture.

Once the beer dispenser is assembled, plug the unit into a wall outlet or car cigarette lighter. The beer temperature now drops to 3-6 °C and then remains constant.	The tapping unit must be permanently installed before use. Normally, the tap handle should point upwards. In this case the tap is closed. Slowly pull the tap handle down until the beer begins to flow. If you pull the handle down to 90° and release it, it will automatically return to the original position.

	If there is no beer barrel in the dispenser, remove the dispenser unit. You can now use the unit as a beverage cooler.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem Possible cause Suggested solution
There's no beer coming from the pump.	Extension tube on the is not well connected.	Connect the extension tube correctly.
	No keg in the system or no beer in the keg.	Place a new keg in the radiator.
The beer foams too strongly, too little liquid.	The beer is not flowing properly.	Open the power take-off lever completely. Find the best distance between the beer glass and the fitting and hold the beer glass at a slight angle.
	The temperature in the keg is too high.	Let the beer cool down longer up to 3-6 °C.
	The keg was shaken before use.	Leave the keg to stand for some time before using it.
	The beer in the barrel is used up.	Place a new keg in the cooler.
	The pressure in the barrel is too high.	Turn the knob clockwise to turn the adjustable valve down or off.
The beer flows too slowly. The pressure in the barrel is too low.		Check if the pipe is damaged.
