Before using the appliance, the user must read the following instructions carefully.

Before the appliance is used, the main body as well as any attachment fitted should be checked thoroughly for any defects. Before using for the first time

Before the appliance is used for the first time, it must be thoroughly cleaned as described in the section General Care and Cleaning.

Short-time operation

The appliance is designed to process average domestic quantities of food; it may be operated without interruption for a maximum of 1 minute, when it should be allowed to cool down for approximately 5 minutes.

Operation

◆ Always use a suitable container for operation. A tall container with a flat base is best.
◆ Push the blender unit down into the ingredients in the bowl before briefly switching the unit on with the operation button.
◆ Make sure that the unit can rotate freely inside the bowl and is not blocked during operation.
As soon as the operating button is released, the blender will switch off.

Always wait until the motor has come to a complete standstill before lifting the blender attachment from the mixture.

General care and cleaning

To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not clean the drive unit or the power cord with water and do not immerse them in water. The drive unit may be wiped with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth.

The blender can be detached from the drive unit for easy cleaning. To remove, turn the blender towards the -symbol and pull it out. When re-attaching the blender, turn it towards the -symbol, ensuring that it locks properly into place.

Disposal
