SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• This appliance must be used under the rated voltage and frequency as indicated in rating label.
• Do not disassemble, modify the unit or attempt to repair the product yourself.
• To protect against electric shock, do not immerse unit, plug or cord in water, do not spray with liquids. Do not touch the unit with wet or damp hands.
• Turn off and unplug power from outlet before cleaning, maintaining or moving the unit.
• Please switch off power before unplugging.
• Unplug power from outlet when not in use.
• Do not introduce foreign objects into the device.
• Keep the unit away from any hot sources.
  • Always operate the unit on a dry, level surface.
• Do not use outdoors. For household use only.
• Do not use the device in places with high temperature, high humidity, excessive dust, corrosive, flammable and combustible gas (such as kitchen and bathroom).
• Do not use aromatherapy or other spray before or when the device is on.
• While working, please ensure the inlet and outlet is 30cm far away from other objects.
• Do not cover the unit. Do not place any objects on the top of the unit. Do not obstruct or cover the unit's inlet and outlet grilles.
• Use a soft cloth to clean the appliance. Do not use solvents or harsh chemicals. Never use direct water.
• Do not put the unit under wall socket.
• Do not use after the unit malfunctions. Send to service center for repair.
• Do not use the unit for other than its intended use.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair, or adjustment.
• This appliance should never be left ON without adult supervision. Do not allow children to play with the appliance.
• Keep cord away from sharp or hot objects.
• Do not mix old and new batteries at the same time in remote controller.
  • Take out the batteries when the remote is not in use for a long time.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduce physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

• Because of the difference of internal structure, pieces and/or replaceable accessories (like filters), must be offered by the manufacturer.

• This product is not able to eliminate carbon monoxide or radon, thus, in case any fire or chemical disaster, it can not be used as security appliance or replaced to duster or ventilate equipment.

• The microswitch in the front panel only plays the function of connection, which can not be used as power switch. While replacing the filter or cleaning the internal parts, please turn off the power by On/Off button on the control panel and then remove the plug.

KEY FUNCTIONS

On/Off

To start up/ turn off the purifier.

Speed

3 air speeds >"Sleep mode", "Standard", "Fast". It is suggested to choose "fast speed" to purify while obvious air pollution or peculiar smell in the room. The "sleep mode" for sleep or night, the backlight is automatically out and the speed is low by default.

Timer

2 options > "1 hour", "3 hours". Slightly touch "Timer" button for successive choices.

Function

To turn on and turn off the UV lamp, which can sterilize the indoor air.

Negative Ion

It is default to turn on "negative ion" function after starting up, which is automatically off after device shutdown.

Automatic Air Quality Detection

The device is equipped with built-in high sensitive peculiar smell sensor; it detects the air quality immediately after starting up.

• POOR air quality: the device switches to "fast speed" mode and lock it (the user cannot manually change the air speed).
• GOOD or MODERATE, the device exits the lock mode of "fast speed".

Note: within the 3mins after startup, the sensor is under warmup mode.

Filter Replacement Warning

When accumulated operational time reaches 1500 hours, the 3 indicator lights of air quality flash simultaneously, it reminds the user to replace the filter by alarm sound of "di di di". After the replacement, push "Timer" and "Speed" buttons for 5 seconds to reset and eliminate the alarm.

Note on Remote Control

The effective distance is 4\~5 meters. It is suggested to direct to the IR receiving window on the right of the control panel to achieve a better function.

CARE AND CLEANING

The lifetime of the filter differs based on indoor environment, usage times and usage location. To improve the efficiency, please purchase the original filter. Make sure the power is cut off before replacing new filter.

• Unplug the appliance before cleaning. Do not use harsh chemicals for cleaning. No water on the control panel.
• Do not flush by water or soak any filter to be used on this product.
• Antimicrobial pre-filter should be cleaned by soft brush every half month to clear away the large pollutant, like hairs. The surface of the appliance can be cleaned using wet cloth with a little mild detergent. Do not rinse directly with water.

Replacing the Filter

1 Hold the top of the front panel, pull the panel out to a 45-degree angle, then lift up the panel.2 Pull and hold the two braces on both sides of the filterby, then pull it slightly to disassemble it.		3 Align the filter to the slot, the side with braces outward, then push into the unit slightly.4 Insert the bottom buckle to the holes in the front cover, then assemble the front panel into the cover slightly.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem Possible reasons Solutions
The unit is not working.	Power cord is not plugged/ power has no electricity.	Plug in the power supply/ Ensure the power supply is working.
	Power switch is off. Press “on/off” button.
The purification effect is poor.	End of service life. Change the filter.
	Air inlet/outlet is blocked . Clean foreign parts of air inlet/outlet.
	Wrong installation of the filter direction.	Install filter in the right way.
The air volume is small.	The filter is too dirty. Change or	clean the filter.
	Please make sure all the package is removed.
