How to replace the disposable bag?
Unplug the vacuum cleaner, open the cover by pulling. Remove the bag holder, hold the bag vertically, pull the cardboard part to close it automatically. Insert a new bag into the grooves of the holder, replace the holder and close the cover.
How to clean the washable HEPA 13 filter?
Unplug the vacuum cleaner. Open the HEPA filter compartment, remove the filter. Rinse the pleated side under hot water, directing the water parallel to the pleats. Shake to remove excess water, let dry for at least 2 hours before reinstalling. Never clean with a brush. Replace after 4 cleanings.
Why is the suction power decreasing?
Possible causes: power level too low (increase it), dirty motor filter (clean it), dirty HEPA filter (clean or replace), or clogged nozzle/tube/hose (unclog by vacuuming in the opposite direction).
How to use the infrared remote control?
Make sure the vacuum cleaner is turned on with the on/off switch. Use the + and - buttons to adjust the suction power. The standby button pauses the device. Replace the batteries (2x AAA) if the infrared light does not light up.
