How to assemble the Plantronics RIG 100HS headset?

Attach the earpieces to the headband by snapping them onto the notches. Adjust the size by moving the earpieces to the three positions (small, medium, large). To remove an earpiece, press on it to detach.

How to orient the microphone?

Rotate the microphone boom downward then pass it over to place it on the desired side (left or right).

How to configure the headset on PlayStation 4?

Go to Settings > Sound and Screen > Audio Output Settings > Headphone Output and select All Sounds. Then go to Settings > Devices > Audio Devices > Headset > Volume Control (Headset) to adjust.

How to configure the headset on Xbox One?

Access Display and sound > Kinect and devices > Select device and adjust settings.

How to adjust the volume?

Slide the volume wheel located on the cable or earpiece to increase or decrease the sound volume.

What is the mute button for?

The mute button activates the microphone mute mode. Slide it to see the red color appear, indicating that the mic is muted.

Is the headset compatible with a PC?

Yes, the RIG 100HS headset is compatible with PCs and Macs via a 3.5 mm jack. Simply plug it into the combined headphone/microphone jack.

How to clean the headset?

Use a soft dry cloth to wipe the plastic parts and cushions. Avoid any liquid or abrasive products.

What to do if there is no sound or poor quality?

USER MANUAL RIG 100HS PLANTRONICS

Your headset components easily snap into the headset frame to configure the best fit and sound.

1 Follow the diagram to connect your system.

2 The headband adjusts to three sizes (small, medium, large) by moving the earcups. To remove an earcup, press the earcup to detach it from the headband.

3 To position the microphone on the right or left side, rotate the microphone boom down and over.

1 To setup your headset for PS4, first go to Settings > Sound and Screen > Audio Output Settings > Output to Headphones > Select All Audio

To setup your headset for Xbox One, go to Display and sound > Kinect and devices > Select device and adjust settings

To adjust the volume, slide the volume control.

Mute

To mute your headset, slide the mute switch to reveal the red color.
