| 1.1 Intended purpose The raclette grill SilverCrest SRG 1200 A2 is suitable for grilling and cooking food. Only use the raclette grill indoors, never use outside. The appliance is likewise suitable for: • use in staff kitchens in shops, offices and other commercial areas, • use in agricultural settings, • customers in hotels, motels and other accommodation, • bed-and-breakfast establishments. The appliance must not be used for thawing, warming or drying items. This product is intended for use in private households and is not suitable for commercial purposes. | 1.2 Scope of supply • 1 raclette grill with removable grill plate • 8 raclette pans • 8 wooden spatulas • 1 set of user instructions |





| 7.1 Preparing the appliance, switching on and off | 2. Turn the temperature regulator 9 to "0". This switches the appliance off. |

This is the only way to ensure that the machine is completely free of current. 7.2 Regulating temperature The best cooking temperature depends chiefly on the type of food being cooked. Note: When maintaining a steady temperature to reheat food the indicator lamp will always show 8. 1. If the temperature is too high, turn the temperature regulator 9 one notch towards "0". | 2. If the temperature is too low and it is taking too long to cook, turn the temperature regulator 9 one notch towards MAX. 7.3 Preparing the raclette 1. Fill the raclette pans 7 with your chosen ingredients. Caution! Do not overfill the pans 7, otherwise the ingredients could be too thick and could burn. 2. Put the raclette pans 7 on the grill in the recesses 4. 3. Remove the raclette pans 7 from the applicance as soon as the ingredients are cooked. 4. Slide the contents of the raclette pan 7 onto a plate using the wooden spatula 11 and enjoy. Note:As the raclette pans 7 have an anti-stick coating, they do not require oiling before each use. 7.4 Grilling with the grill pan The grill plate 1 is for grilling meat, sausages, fruit and vegetables. |
