This product is only suitable for well insulated spaces or occasional use.

• This product is not intended for commercial use.

• Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.

• Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/o the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.

• Caution! Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.

• This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

• Children shall not play with the product.

• Use the product only for its intended purpose and with recommended accessories and components. Improper use or wrong operation may lead to hazards.

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

• Caution! In order to prevent hazards from unintentional resetting of the protective temperature limiter, this product must not be powered by an external switching device such as a timer, or connected to a circuit which is regularly switched on and o by a device. In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the product.

• The heater must not be located immediately below a socket outlet.

• Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.

• WARNING: This heater is not equipped with a device to control the room temperature. Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the room on their own, unless constant supervision is provided.

• Read this user manual thoroughly before first use and pass it on with the product. Pay attention to the warnings on the product and in this user manual. It contains important information for your safety as well as for the use and maintenance of the equipment.

• Never leave the product unsupervised while it is switched on.

• Do not place any objects on top of the product.

• Never immerse electrical parts of the product in water or any other fluids during cleaning or operation. Never hold the product under running water.

• Do not under any circumstances attempt to repair the product yourself (e.g. damaged power cord, product has been dropped, etc.). For servicing and repairs, please consult an authorised service agent.

• The mains voltage must match the information on the rating label of the product.

• Only unplugging from the power socket can separate the product completely from the mains. Please be sure that the power plug is in operable condition.

• Avoid damages to the power cord that may be caused by kinks or contact with sharp corners.

• Keep this product including power cord and power plug away from all heat sources such as ovens, hot plates and other heat-producing products/objects.

• Only unplug from the power socket by the plug itself. Do not pull on the cord.

• Use this product in dry indoor areas only and never outdoors.

• This product is not intended for commercial use. It is designed for household use only.

Please read this manual carefully and keep it for future reference. Intended use The product is intended for providing room heating and ventilation only. Using it for anything else can damage the device or cause injury. The Imtron GmbH assumes no liability for damage to the product, for property damage or for personal injury due to careless or improper usage of the product, or usage of the product which does not meet the manufacturer’s specified purpose. Before first time use Remove the product and accessories carefully from the original packaging. It is recommended to keep the original packaging for storage. If you wish to dispose of the original packaging, please observe applicable legal provisions. Should you have any questions regarding proper disposal, contact your local waste management center. Inspect the delivery contents for completeness and damages. Should the delivery contents be incomplete or damaged, contact your sales outlet immediately. After unpacking, please refer to chapter Cleaning and care. Note When the product is used for the first time or after a long period of rest it may emit an odor for a short time. This is normal and disappear shortly. Do not dispose of this product as municipal waste. Return it to a designated collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. Power cable with plug

• Never locate the appliance directly below a or near a socket outlet.

• Do not use the product in rooms smaller than 4m

• Ensure that there is a clearance of at least 1 m in front of and 1m behind the product.

Plug the power plug into an easily accessible power outlet. Heating Function control knob With the function control knob you can select between 4 types of functions: OFF : Turn o the product : Fan function only (without heating) : heating level I : heating level II Fig.

Set the function control knob to a desired heating function. Note The heating power is:

Turn the temperature control knob clockwise to the desired temperature. The operation indicator lights up as soon as the product starts to heat. The further you turn the temperature control to the right, the higher the set temperature. Once the product has reached the desired room temperature, turn the temperature control knob back until the product turns o. A click will be heard when the thermostat shuts o. The operating indicator goes out. The room temperature is now kept constant at this stage. The operation indicator turns on when the product starts to heat again. Fan (without heating) Fig.

Turn the temperature control knob to the MAX position. Fig.

Set the function control knob to fan. The fan starts and the operation indicator lights on. Overheat protection If the product overheats, the product switches o automatically. • When cleaning, never use solvents or abrasive materials, hard brushes, metallic or sharp objects. Solvents are harmful to human health and can attack plastic parts, while abrasive cleaning mechanisms and tools may scratch the surface(s).

• Never immerse any electrical parts of the product in water or in other liquids during cleaning. Never place it under running water.

• Warning! Unplug the product and let it cool down completely before cleaning. Never immerse electrical parts of the product in water during cleaning or operation. Carefully remove dust from the protective guards with a vacuum cleaner.

• Clean the product’s exterior surfaces with a slightly damp cloth and then dry them thoroughly.

• Make sure that no water enters the product interior (for example, through the switches).

• Keep the product in a dry, cool location which is protected against moisture and direct sunlight. Keep this product out of the reach of children.
