(1) Rocker structure

Take the rocker out of the cardboard box. Pull the seat upwards until the rocker opens due to

the spring in the frame and it audibly engages.

② Swing and fix position

In order to bring the baby rocker into swinging position, fold both feet on the metal frame upwards and put the back rest into sitting position.

The fix position of the baby rocker can be set by folding both feet downwards. The back rest can be brought into the desired position again (see article 4 - Back rest adjustment).

(3) Folding the rocker

Hold both the lever on the back rest and the knob on the frame side down. Then fold the back rest to the front until the seat is entirely folded.

(4) Back rest adjustment

To adjust the back rest inclination, operate the lever on the back rest and position it in the desired position. The back rest can be set to 3 positions.

(5) Use of the seatbelt

The rocker has a five-point belt mounted on the product. Always make sure to fasten the seatbelt and secure your child when using the baby rocker.

To close the seatbelt, insert both side parts of the seatbelt into the buckle centre until it audibly engages with a "clicking sound".

Make sure that the tension is correct and the seatbelt fastening is proper. Adjust the seatbelt length.

To open the seatbelt, press the knob in the buckle centre, thereby the seatbelt side parts open automatically and you can pull your child from the seatbelt.

6 Removing the cover

The cover can be removed from the rocker for cleaning. Bring the rocker into the topmost position. Remove the seat strengthensener by opening the zip at the back of the seat and then remove the strengthensener. Now open the zip at the foot part and then pull the cover carefully over the back rest.

CAUTION: The cover must not be cleaned with chemicals. Observe the care and cleaning instrc tions in this manual.

To put the cover back on the rocker, connect the cover with the lower half of the frame by closing the zip. In order to pull the cover above the back rest, you must bring the back rest in a 45^ position. To do that, hold both the lever on the back rest and the knob on the frame side down and fold the rest to the front into the corresponding position.

Now pull the cover above the back rest over the adjusting lever. Fold the back rest back until it audibly engages and the cover is taut. Now re-insert the seat strengthensener into the opening at the back of the seat and close the zip.

Read the instructions for use carefully in order not to compromise your child's safety.

Keep the instructions in a safe place for future reference. The child may be harmed, should the instruction for use not be observed properly.

  • Never leave your child unattended while in the Baby Rocker.
    The Baby Rocker must not be used by children, who are already able to sit by themselves, turn around or pull themselves up by supporting them on their hands, knees or feet.
    WARNING: The Baby Rocker is not suitable for leaving babies to sleep in it for a longer period of time.
    Always use the safety belt to secure your child.
    WARNING: Do not place the Baby Rocker on raised surfaces (table, chair etc.) or on uneven surfaces.
    WARNING: Always use the safety belts as well as the centre belt support, when placing your child in the Baby Rocker.
    WARNING: Never use the playing bow for transporting the rocker.
    Before using resp. after having adjusted the position of the rocker make sure that the adjusting mechanism at the rear of the back support and the fixed position has engaged properly.
  • The rocker is not suitable as a car seat or a carrycot.
    The child must be taken from the baby rocker during transport.
  • Do not place the rocker next to heating sources, electric appliances or sharp-edged objects.
    The rocker is only suitable to take 1 child. A second child must not be placed in the rocker at the same time.
    The Baby Rocker can be used from birth up to approx. 6 months respectively up to a weight of max. 9 kgs.
    The Baby Rocker must not be used in case parts are damaged, missing or torn.
    WARNING: Do not use any spare parts or other parts from suppliers other than the Baby Rocker manufacturer.
  • The Baby Rocker and its parts may only be assembled by adults.
    Do not let other children play unattended in the vicinity of the Baby Rocker.
    Check regularly that the cover is always properly fixed to the frame.
    WARNING: Do not place the Baby Rocker with the child close to windows, walls or similar, where cords or curtains may be reached by the child to pull itself up or may cause the child to suffocate respectively being strangled.
    Do not use the rocker on soft surfaces, because it could overturn and thereby suffocate your child.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING:

The rocker cover can be washed at a maximum temperature of 30^
- Do not dry-clean the cover.
The frame should be cleaned with a soft and clean cloth with luke warm mild soap water.
Do not use the spinning programme for the cover nor dry it in a dryer.
The metal - and plastic parts can be cleaned with a damp cloth and lukewarm soapy water.
- Should the Baby Rocker be exposed to direct sunlight, the cover material may fade.
