  • Remove small pieces of food with a non-metallic skimmer. Youmay store the oil or fat in the fryer, or in separate airtightcontainer.Filter the oil after each use with a filter paper (available fromapproved Service Centres) or filter pot. Crumbs that breakaway from foods tend to burn and alter the quality of the oilmore rapidly. Over time, this increases the risk of catchingfire. For this reason, filter the oil regularly.•We recommend changing the oil after a maximum of 8 to 12uses. If using sunflower oil, change after every 5 uses.Do not pour used oil into the sink. Leave it to cool, andthrow it away with the household waste - according to thelocal community regulations-.Never clean the fryer unless it has been unplugged and left tocool completely beforehand (approx. 1 to 2 hours).
