How to turn on the Suntec Heat Ray 800 desktop heater?

Make sure the device is off, plug it into a mains socket. For 400 W power, press the I button. For 800 W, press both I and II buttons simultaneously.

What is the noise level of this device?

The radiant heater does not produce any ventilation noise. It is silent during operation, only a slight click may be heard when the thermostat turns on or off.

Can I leave the heater unattended?

No, it is not recommended to leave the device unattended. In case of prolonged absence, always unplug it from the mains socket.

Can this device be used in a bathroom?

No, the device must not be used in immediate proximity of bathtubs, showers or swimming pools, as per safety instructions.

Thank you for purchasing this product of the brand Suntec Wellness. Before the first use, please read the manual carefully. Keep it for later reference and hand it over to its new owner, if you give the appliance to another person.

Safety Precautions

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory and mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.

  The dealer or repair service can perform the repair after the expiration of warranty against charge.
