USER MANUAL AE 3053 CLATRONIC

General Safety Instructions Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep the instructions including the warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing.

  • The appliance is designed exclusively for private use and for the envisaged purpose. This appliance is not fi t for commercial use. Do not use it outdoors (except if it is designed to be used outdoors). Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately. Do not put it in water.
  • When cleaning or putting it away, switch off the appliance and always pull out the plug from the socket (pull on the plug, not the cable) if the appliance is not being used and remove the attached accessories.
  • Do not operate the machine without supervision. If you should leave the workplace, always switch the machine off or remove the plug from the socket (pull the plug itself, not the lead).

1. Please place the centrifuge housing on the motor block in

such a way that the spout lies fl ush in the recess. Now insert the centrifuge sieve into the juice container.

2. Place the cover in position and lock the safety catch. The

locking devices must engage in the recesses of the cover. NOTE: Your device is fi tted with a safety switch (11). This pre- vents the motor from starting accidentally. Check that the centrifuge fi lter and cover are correctly positioned.

3. Place the pulp container under the outlet.

aperture. NOTE: If necessary peel, stone and cut the fruits from which the juice is to be extracted into strips or pieces. Please note that this device is not suitable for removing the juice from bananas, peaches, apricots etc, as these fruits contain only very little juice. Fruits which are very hard, such as coconuts, cannot be placed in this machine as the centrifuge sieve or the motor may be damaged.

Never press the food with your hands into the fi lling aperture. Always use the tamper supplied.

9. Switch on the device. Press the fruits lightly with the stopper.

tion): During operation on levels 1 and 2 the switch locks in the respective position. Level 1 = low speed Level 2 = high speed For pulse mode: shift the switch to „0“ position. 12. The juice now fl ows into the vessel. The fl esh of the fruit is

collected in the pomace container. CAUTION: In order to avoid malfunctions please do not overfi ll the juice container.

13. Before removing the vessel, press the spout upwards in

order to close the outlet of the juice container and avoid drips.

14. In order to release the attachment, press the two safety

catches at the same time and then lift the attachment off. Cleaning and storage
