Frequently Asked Questions - S6000 INTENSO

How to charge the Intenso S6000 portable battery?
Connect the included micro USB cable to the Micro USB IN port of the powerbank, then connect the other end to a USB charger (5V/2.1A recommended) or a computer USB port. The LEDs indicate the charging status.
How to charge a device with the powerbank?
Use the integrated cable (micro USB) or the USB OUT port with your own cable. Connect the device, then briefly press the button if necessary. Charging starts automatically after a few seconds.
How long does it take to fully charge the powerbank?
With a 5V/2.1A charger, the charging time is about 3 to 4 hours for a 6000 mAh capacity. This depends on the charger's output current.
Can I use the powerbank while it is charging?
Yes, the powerbank supports simultaneous charging. You can charge the internal battery and a device at the same time.
How many times can I recharge my smartphone with the S6000?
This depends on your smartphone's capacity. With 6000 mAh, expect about 1 to 2 full charges for an average smartphone (3000-4000 mAh), considering conversion losses.
What does the LED blinking mean?
The LEDs indicate the remaining charge level: 1 LED = 25%, 2 LEDs = 50%, 3 LEDs = 75%, 4 LEDs = 100%. The last LED blinks when the battery is almost empty.
How to maintain the portable battery?
Clean with a dry cloth. Do not use water, chemicals, or metal objects. Avoid extreme temperatures and recharge it every 3 months if unused.
What to do if the powerbank does not charge?
Check the cable and charger. Try a different cable or USB port. If the problem persists, the internal battery may be deeply discharged; leave it plugged in for a few hours. If unsuccessful, contact customer service.
Is it possible to repair the powerbank yourself?
No, the device contains no user-serviceable parts. Opening the casing voids the warranty and can be dangerous. Contact INTENSO support.
What are the warranty conditions?
The warranty covers hardware and manufacturing defects. It does not apply in case of misuse, cosmetic damage, or opening of the casing. Keep the receipt and contact support with an RMA number.
