How to turn on and start the SMEG SF4390MX mini oven?

The SMEG SF4390MX does not have a single power button. The device activates automatically when you select a function using the knobs.
First use
On first use, you need to set the time as the display shows "0000" blinking:
- Turn the temperature knob to set the hours
- Press this knob to confirm
- Turn it again to set the minutes
- Press again to confirm
Starting a cooking session
Once the time is set:
- Turn the function knob to choose your cooking mode (microwave, grill, etc.)
- Use the temperature knob to adjust the duration, temperature, or power according to the selected function
- Press the function knob to start cooking
Quick tip
For an express start in microwave mode with default settings, press the function knob twice quickly.
Important: Before the first cooking, clean the provided accessories and preheat the oven to maximum temperature for 15-20 minutes using a traditional function (not microwave).
