SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS This appliance may be used by children from the age of 8 and up, and also by persons with a physical or sensorly limitation, as well as mentally limited persons or persons with a lack of experience and knowledge. But only on the condition that these persons have received the necessary instructions on how to use this appliance in a safe way and know the dangers that can occur by using this appliance. Children cannot be allowed to play with the appliance. Maintenance and cleaning of the appliance may not be done by children, unless they are older than 8 years old and are under supervision. Keep the appliance out of reach of children younger than 8 years old. This appliance is suitable to be used in a household environment and in similar surroundings such as:

• Kitchen for personnel of shops, ofces or other similar professional surroundings

• Hotel or motel rooms and other surroundings with a residential character

• Switch off the appliance and disconnect from the power supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.

• Do not touch the whisk, mixer blade or kneading hook while the appliance is operating.

3. Stainless steel mixing bowl

Remove the appliance and the accessories from the packaging. Remove any promotional stickers. Wash all removable parts in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Never immerse the motor unit in water to avoid electrocution.

Kneading/beating/whisking Depending on the nature of the ingredients, the mixing bowl with lid can make 2 kg of dough.

3. Turn the release button a quarter turn to the left, push the head up entirely and

turn the release button to the right again, so that it points upwards, to lock the head.

4. Put the mixing bowl in the base and turn it clockwise so it locks. Put the

ingredients into the bowl.

5. Choose the accessory you want to use: beater, dough hook, balloon whisk.

a. Attach the accessory to the head by sliding it around the axis. b. Turn the accessory a quarter turn counterclockwise. c. Release the accessory so that it falls into the lock position.

6. Turn the release button a quarter turn to the left, push the head down entirely and

turn the release button a quarter turn to the right again so that it point upwards, to lock the head.

7. Place the lid onto the bowl.

8. Put the plug into the socket and select the desired speed by turning the speed

9. During the preparation you can add ingredients through the ll opening in the lid.

Caution: Do not use the appliance for longer than 10 minutes at a time. After 10 minutes of use, let the appliance cool down for 30 minutes before using it again.

10. To stop the appliance, turn the speed control knob to the ‘OFF’ position.

4. Push the accessory out of the lock position and turn it a quarter turn clockwise.

Slide the accessory off of the axis and remove the accessory. Remove the accessories carefully, since they may have sharp edges.

5. Turn the bowl counterclockwise out of the lock position and remove the bowl.

6. Turn the release button a quarter turn to the left, push the head down entirely and

turn the release button a quarter turn to the right again so that it point upwards, to lock the head.

1. Always remove the plug from the socket before cleaning the appliance.

2. Never immerse the motor unit in water or under running water. Clean the motor

unit with a soft, damp cloth.

3. Disassemble all accessories according to the instructions under the section
