How to use the SENSUIJ MC1200 massager?

Place the massager on your shoulders, pull the straps for a better grip, then press the POWER button to turn it on. Select the desired massage mode (SHIATSU or STONE) and optionally the HEAT heating function.

How to clean the device?

Always unplug the device before cleaning. Use a soft slightly damp cloth, possibly with a mild detergent. Never immerse the device in water.

What types of massage does the device offer?

The device offers two types of massage: SHIATSU (cervical kneading) and STONE (vibration). They can be used simultaneously.

Can I use the heating function alone?

No, the HEAT function can only be activated after starting a massage (SHIATSU or STONE).

Does the device shut off automatically?

Yes, the device automatically shuts off after 15 minutes of use. This function does not replace manual shutdown.

SAFETY WARNINGS

• Remove the packaging. Check the device and the accessories against the drawing and make sure these were not damaged in any way during transport. If in doubt, do not use the device and contact the authorised assistance service.
• Do not let children play with the packaging! Keep the plastic wrapping out of the reach of children; risk of suffocation!
• Before connecting the device to the mains, check the network voltage is the same as the voltage rating stated on the identification plate. The identification plate is found on the appliance power supply.
• This appliance must be used only for the purpose for which it was designed, that is as a massager for home use. Any other use is improper and potentially dangerous.
• The appliance is not to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensorial or mental abilities, or lacking experience or knowledge, unless supervised by a person responsible for their safety, supervision or after having received instructions regarding the use of the appliance.

Children must be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.

• DO NOT touch the device with damp or wet hands or feet.
• DO NOT pull on the cord or device to unplug the latter from the mains socket.
• DO NOT expose the appliance to humidity or weather conditions (rain, sun).
  • Always disconnect the appliance from the mains supply before cleaning or maintenance and when

the appliance is not in use.

• In case of fault or malfunctioning of the appliance, switch it off and do not tamper with it. If the device needs to be repaired, contact an authorized technical assistance centre.
• If the cable is damaged, it must be replaced by a cable or special unit available at authorised Technical Assistance Centres.
• If the power cable is damaged it must be replaced by a technical after-sales service centre, so as to prevent all risks.
• Never submerge the appliance in water or other liquids.
• Do not use the product under blankets or pillows or in combination with electric blankets and /or electric heating pads.
• Avoid contact with pointed or sharp objects which can damage the appliance.
• Do not crush the product, do not fold it and do not use it outdoors.
• If doubtful for health reasons, seek Doctor's advice before use. Above all in the event of:

a. blood circulation problems or reduced skin sensitivity;
b. presence of serious illness or following an operation;
c. presence of colds with fever, varicose veins, thrombosis, vein inflammation, jaundice, diabetes, nerve related illnesses (such as sciatica), tuberculosis, tumours, haemorrhoids, bruises or acute inflammations.

• The appliance is not recommended for use by carriers of pacemakers, implants and other similar devices, by pregnant women, with pain of an unknown nature.
• Do not use the appliance in the following cases:

a. on animals;
b. in the presence of disc hernias or pathological conditions of the spinal cord;
c. in the presence of illnesses of the cardio-circulatory system and headache;
d. in the presence of swelling, burns, open wounds, fresh wounds, haematomas, haemorrhages, or other injuries on the back or legs;
e. during sleep;
f. after taking medicine or consumed alcohol or drugs.

• Do not use for longer than the recommended periods. After 15 minutes of treatment it is advisable to rest for at least 20 minutes.
• The appliance is designed exclusively for home use and must not be used for professional and/or medical purposes.

ATTENTION!

The massage must always give pleasure and relaxation. Change position or stop the massage if feeling pain or discomfort.

Never rest against the massaging heads when you change the position of the body or of the pillow.

Do not insert or block any type of object or fingers between the rotating massaging heads and their supports.

ASSEMBLY/PREPARATION[

• Unpack the product.
• Check that it is integral and undamaged.
• Connect the transformer to the massager pillow: insert connector (5) into connector socket.
• Connect the mains power supply (4) to the domestic mains.

ATTENTION]

USE

• Position the massager on the shoulders as in fig.2.
• Pull the handles as in Fig. 2 so that the massager adheres well to the shoulders and neck.
• Press the POWER button (2) once to turn the massager pillow on. The corresponding LED will turn on.

Two types of massage can be selected:

•[ SHIATSU[

•[ STONE

SHIATSU

• Press the SHIATSU button to activate the cervical massage.
• Press it again to deactivate it.

STONE[

• Press the STONE button to activate the vibration massage.
• Press it again to deactivate it.

Note:[The]two[massages,[SHIATSU]and[STONE,can]be[selected]simultaneously.

HEAT: heating function.

• Press the HEAT button to activate heat during the massage.
• Press it again to deactivate it.

Note: [[the][HEAT][function][can][be][activated][only][after][having[activated][the][SHIATSU][or][STONE] massage.

• Press POWER again to turn the massager pillow off.
  • After 15 minutes of treatment it is advisable to rest for at least 20 minutes.
• Disconnect the plug after use.

AUTOMATIC[SHUTDOWN

The massager pillow turns itself off automatically after 15 minutes. This function does not replace the normal turning off of the product, which must be off when not in use.

Always disconnect the appliance from the mains supply before cleaning or maintenance and when the appliance is not in use.

The massager can be cleaned with a soft slightly damp cloth. It is also possible to use a light detergent. Keep the massager out of children's reach in a cool dry place. Keep it in the original packaging. Avoid contact with pointed or sharp objects which can damage the appliance.

PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

These appliances are built with the highest standards. No parts can be repaired by the user. If the appliance does not work, follow the solutions.

Problem Possible cause Solution
The appliance makes noise during use.	This is evitable, but the appliance is not faulty.	It does not affect the duration of the appliance.
Noise during the massage grows.	Has it been used for too long without interruption?	Turn the appliance off and have it rest for over an hour.
Irregular right or left movements of massager pillow mechanism.	It is structural. It is not an alteration.
It does not move or else it stops during the massage.	The timer stopped the appliance.	Press the start button again.
	Is the plug still in the socket?	Insert the plug in the socket.
	Is the switch on? Turn the appliance on.
	Has the appliance turned off for excessive weight?	Remove the weight and wait a few minutes. The appliance will turn back on.

If other situations not included above should occur, pull out the plug, wait a few minutes, put the plug back in and turn the appliance back on.

Should the appliance keep on having problems, contact the authorised assistance centre.

DISPOSAL

The product packaging consists of recyclable materials. Dispose of it in compliance with the environmental protection standards.

The product must be disposed of properly, in accordance with the provisions of European standard 2002/96/EC. The device is made of recyclable materials that can be re-used to avoid environmental pollution. For further information, contact the local disposal body or the appliance dealer.
