Which HDMI cables should be used to enjoy HDR and 4K@120Hz?

For HDR, HDR10+, Dolby Vision and eARC, use high-quality certified HDMI 2.1 cables (4K120/8K30). High speed or premium HDMI cables up to 5 meters are recommended.

Can the projector be ceiling mounted?

Yes, it is compatible with a ceiling mount (optional kit). Use M6 screws at least 10 mm long. Leave at least 10 cm between the ceiling and the projector.

How to activate 3D mode?

In the OSD menu, go to Image > 3D. Set 3D Mode to On and choose the synchronization type (DLP-Link or 3D Sync). You will need DLP Link compatible 3D glasses. 1080p content recommended; 4K is not supported in 3D.

How to clean the projector lens?

Turn off the projector and unplug the power cord. Let it cool. Use compressed air to remove dust, then a special lens cloth. Do not use alkaline, acidic, or solvent products.

What does the flashing red LED mean?

A red flashing of the power indicator or laser/temperature indicator indicates an error: overheating, laser failure, or fan defect. Unplug the cord, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

How to connect the projector to an Ethernet network?

Plug an RJ45 cable into the projector's RJ45 port. In the OSD menu, go to Control > LAN and configure the IP address (DHCP or manual). You can then control the projector via a web browser (port 8088), Crestron, Extron, PJLink, etc.

Does the projector support Dolby Vision and HDR10+?

Yes, the HDMI 2.1 port supports Dolby Vision (Bright, Dark, Vivid) and HDR10+ with dynamic metadata. The source content (streaming, UHD Blu-ray, games) must also be compatible.

How to adjust the lens shift?

Open the top cover of the projector. Use the lens shift buttons (vertical and horizontal) to move the image without moving the projector. Turn clockwise or counterclockwise as needed.

Can I use a universal remote control?

Yes, the projector accepts standard IR codes. A list of key codes is provided in the manual for programming. The original remote uses a CR2032 battery (for models with laser pointer) or two AAA batteries.

What is the lifespan of the laser light source?

The laser source is designed to last the life of the projector, but its performance may degrade over time. The projector automatically detects the lifespan and displays information in the OSD menu. If needed, contact customer service.
