The pump is made for swimming pool equipment.
The pump has to be fixed on a plane and solid surface
The pump is made for clear water circulation, with a temperature below 35^
This pump is only made for swimming pools and basins that comply with IEC 60364-7-702 regulation, and the national regulations where the pump is installed

ELECTRIC SHOCK:

Before filling the pump, or before any maintenance operation, unplug the pump from the mains

• Install the pump in a place protected from rain and floodings, with sufficient air flow
• Pump has to be installed between the skimmer and the filter of the swimming pool. The filter cap must be reachable easily, in order to ease filter cleaning
• Fix the pump in horizontal position, close from water, in order to minimize suction distance, and to reduce head losses
• It is recommended not to install the pump more than 1 meter above he water level, in order to ease priming process and pump functioning

• Fill pump housinf with water (use opening 4a or 5a), until the pump is full

• Screw suction connector (4) and delivery connector (5)

• Connect the pump to the hoses of the swimming pool system:

If you have threaded connectors on your system that are compatible with the pump, use PTFE to ensure airtightness of the connection
If not, make the connection by sticking the hoses of your system with pump connectors.

• Open the gates of the system and plug the pump to the mains
• Pump priming may take a few minutes.

Hoses of the system must be fixed in order to avoid mechanical constraints on the pump

Suction hoses must be installed with regular slope, in order to avoid u-bend and air pockets.

Safety information

This pump is not equipped with a switch. For a permanent installation, it is better to connect the pump with an electric switch
Do not use the pump without a residual-current device (30mA)
When the pump is running, there must be no particles in the water (clean water only).
Make sure that air can circulate easily around the pump, in order to ensure its cooling, and make sure there is no risk of condensing
Do not use the pump if safety devices are damaged or used. Never deactivate safety devices.
The pump must be used with 220-240 V AC current, as indicated on the rating plate.
Do not use the power cable for carrying the pump or for unplugging.
Make sure that electric connections are protected from humidity.
Avoid dry-running of the pump. Never use the pump if suction hose is obstructed. Use a device for lack of water detection.
It is strictly forbidden to pump corrosive, easily combustible, aggressive or explosive liquids (such as gasoline, petroleum or nitro thinner), saltwater and food.
The temperature of the liquid must not exceed 35^

Golden rules for care

1) Check the filter of the pump (9) regularly, and clean it with clear water if necessary.
2) When temperature is close to 0^ , empty the pump housing by using the drainage cap (1), and protect the pump of the frost.
3) In case of long period of inactivity, store the pump in a dry, well ventilated place, protected from frost

When disabling the pump

Unplug the pump form the mains
Unscrew the drainage cap (1) to empty the water in the pump
Store the pump where it is protected from frost

You might need to...

Repair connections and/or change the suction hose.
Place the pump in accordance with its performances (recommended heights of suction and discharge).
Clean up the filter of the pump.
Fill the pump with water.

Safety warnings

1) PUMP AREA

a) Do not operate the pump in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
b) Keep children and other persons away from the tool when it is in use

2) ELECTRIC SECURITY

a) Power tool voltage must match the voltage of the mains. Never modify the plug in any way. Do not use any adapter plugs with earthed (grounded) power tools.
b) Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power tool will increase the risk of electric shock.
c) Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging the power tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords increase the risk of electric shock.
d) When operating a power tool outdoors, use an extension cord suitable for outdoor use. Use of a cord suitable for outdoor use reduces the risk of electric shock.
e) The pump is equipped with a socket compatible with it. The power source of your country must be in keeping with international regulations.
e) If the socket or the cable is damaged, it must be replaced with a complete assembly, same as the original.

This product is guaranteed for 24 months for any manufacturing defect starting from the date of purchase.
The guarantee covers free parts replacement and booster replacement.
The choice is made by DIPRA.
This warranty covers also all the consequences of the defaults or hidden sins (article 1641s of the French Civil Code).
Conditions of validity of the guarantee:

The device must have been handled properly and in accordance with the requirements of the instructions.

Neither the purchaser or a non-authorized third party have attempted to repair the unit.

The warranty is not applicable in following cases:

• Non-respect of the instructions manual (in particular: non protection against frost, suction of sand, dry run, wrong electric connection...)
  Try to repair the pump by yourself
  Technical modification of the pump
  Use of non-original spare parts
• Damage caused by fall or shocks
• Improper use (professional use...)

Repair from After Sale Service during the guarantee does not extend its initial duration.
The guarantee shall be taken into account in the seller store, upon presentation of the dated sales receipt
Spare parts: DIPRA is working to supply main spare parts of this pump during 5 years, starting from the construction date of the pump written on the rating label.
