How to turn on the console?

The console turns on automatically as soon as you start exercising or press any button. If it does not turn on, check the batteries.

How to set time, distance or calorie values?

From the standby screen, press the SET button to enter setting mode. Use the + and - buttons to adjust the value, then press SET again to confirm and move to the next function. The order of setting is: TIME -> DISTANCE -> CALORIES.

What do the different displayed functions mean?

The functions are: SCAN (cycles through all values), TPM (strokes per minute), TIME (exercise duration), DISTANCE (distance covered), CALORIES (calories burned), STROKES (total number of strokes).

How to reset the counters?

Use the RESET button to zero the current value. For a total reset of the console, press the 'Total reset' button.

What to do if the display does not light up?

Check that the batteries are correctly installed and in good condition. If the problem persists, contact after-sales service.

How to order spare parts?

Have the product name or reference and the manufacturing number located on the main frame and on the packaging box ready. Contact CARE after-sales service during the indicated hours: Monday to Friday from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm (except public holidays) at 0820 821 167.

What batteries should I use for the console?

Use two 1.5V batteries, AA type (LR6) preferably alkaline for optimal lifespan.

Why does the console turn off by itself?

The console automatically goes into sleep mode after 4 minutes of inactivity to save battery. Simply resume exercise or press a button to turn it back on.

What does the sound signal mean?

A long beep sounds when the console starts. During a countdown of a set value (time, distance or calories), 4 beeps sound when the value reaches zero.

Where to find the manufacturing number of the Skipper SP - CARE?

The manufacturing number is indicated on the main frame of the device and on the packaging box. It is required for any spare parts request.

3.Function operation specs

3.1 Fundamental function

Power on the console, full display for 2 seconds and the buzzer long "beep" for once, then it enters idle window. At the idle window, user can start exercise directly or exercise after value setting, and all the function value start counting during exercise. If function value is not set, each value increase until the upper limit during exercise; if function value is set, the set value counts down to 0, and unset value increases until the upper limit. After the set value counts down to 0 during exercise, the buzzer "beep" for 4 times, the corresponding value blinks, and then the function value starts to increase.

Function value set method: At the idle window, press the mode button to enter value setting page, and the corresponding value blinks during setting. Press +/- to adjust function target value, and press the setting button again to confirm and proceed to the next function. By following these steps could set the value in the order of TIME DISTANCE CALORIES PULSE.

2.Auto-power-on & power-off: When user start exercise or press any button, the console will power on automatically; if user is not exercising or not using console for 4 min, then the console will power off automatically and enter the sleep mode.
