PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
- Regarding the operating times, refer to the section "Operation".
WARNING: Risks of injuries if you don't use this appliance correctly. - Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
- Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
- Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance. - Regarding the instructions for cleaning surfaces in contact with food,
refer to the section "Cleaning and Maintenance" on page5&6 of the manual.
- Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
- Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
- Ensure the control knob is in the 0 position before plugging into the mains socket.
- Never leave the appliance running unattended.
- Switch off and unplug the appliance from the mains socket after use, before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
- Always operate the appliance on a secure, dry level surface.
- Never feed food by hand, always use Food Pusher.
- The use of attachments not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
- Never use this appliance to mix or stir anything other than foods.
- Avoid contacting moving parts.
- Keep hands and utensils away from moving blades or disc while processing food to reduce the risk of injury to persons or damage to the appliance.
- Make sure that bowl cover is securely locked in place before operating the appliance.
- Do not process hot ingredients.
- Do not continuously operate the appliance for more than 50 seconds. Allow the appliance to cool down before continuing operation.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

BEFORE FIRST USE
Before using your food processor for the first time, thoroughly clean the parts that come into contact with food (see the CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE section).

WARNING: Handle blades carefully. Failure to do so can result in cuts.
ASSEMBLY
Make sure that the appliance is switched off and unplugged from the mains socket.
- Position the motor base on a dry, level surface with the control knob facing forward.
- To prevent slipping, you need to pay attention when the appliance is placed on the non-smooth surface, such as wooden plate, plate covered with tablecloth, etc.
- Position the processing bowl onto the base, then grasp the bowl handle and turn the bowl clockwise until it locks into position.
- Place the driving shaft over the rotor inside the bowl, seating it vertically.

Use the blade you want.

When using the chopping or kneading blade, just seat it over the driving shaft.

When using slicing or grating blade, first fix it on the insert medium and then seat the insert medium over the driving shaft.
Attention: Only one blade can be used on the insert medium at a time.



- Place the bowl cover on the bowl, then grasp the feed tube and turn the cover to clockwise until it locks into place.
- Fit the food pusher into the feed tube.
- Plug the appliance into the mains socket.
OPERATION
WARNING:DO NOT OPERATE THE APPLIANCE WITHOUT BOWL COVER LOCKED.
- Please follow processing guides provided in the instruction manual to operate the appliance.
- When the motor gets blocked during processing, the appliance may emit some smoke.
This phenomenon is normal.
- In that case, please stop the appliance by turning the control knob to the 0 position and let the appliance cool down before further use.
Turning on and off the food processor
- To turn on the appliance, turn the control knob to the desired speed position - 1 for low speed and 2 for high speed. The appliance will operate continuously.
- To stop the appliance, turn the control knob to the 0 position.
- Wait until the blade comes to a complete stop before removing the cover or bowl.
Using the pulse control
The pulse control allows precise control of the duration and frequency of processing.
To use the pulse control, turn the control knob to the P position and hold it. Release the control knob to stop.
Using the food pusher
Use the food pusher to push ingredients through the feed tube on the bowl cover. You can also use the pusher to seal off the feed tube while the appliance is operating to prevent dust from entering or foods/liquids from escaping.
Using the slicing/ grating blade
It is recommended to use the desired blade for processing fruits, vegetables, cheeses, meat and so on. First install the desired blade onto the insert medium and then place the insert medium over the driving shaft.

- Cut large chunks of food to fit the size of the feed tube.
- For best processing results, fill the feed tube evenly.
- Press down the ingredients slowly and steadily with the pusher.
- When processing large quantities, process small batches at a time and empty the bowl between batches.
Caution: Blades are very sharp. Use care when handling.

Using the chopping blade
It is recommended to use this blade for chopping, mincing and pureeing fruits, vegetables, cheeses, meat and so on.
- Cut food into small pieces for best processing results.
- Use the pulse control to prevent over-processing.

Using the kneading blade
This blade can be used to knead flour and cake materials.
Place the kneading blade over the driving shaft.

Processing tips
Before processing food, cut the food to fit the feed tube.
- Never process any food that is so hard or firmly frozen that it cannot be pierced with the tip of a sharp knife. Hard food can cause damage to the blade or motor.
- Do not overfill the bowl. Fill the bowl up to the Max level indicated on the bowl.
- To avoid over-processing when coarsely chopping food, frequently check consistency.
- Different foods require varying degrees of pressure for best processing results. In general, use light pressure for soft, delicate food (strawberries, tomatoes, etc.), moderate pressure for medium foods (zucchini, potatoes, etc.), and firmer pressure for harder foods (carrots, apples, hard cheeses, partially frozen meats, etc.).
- Let hard cheeses such as Parmesan come to room temperature before processing. For best processing results, it is recommended to chill soft cheeses such as cheddar in freezer for 10 to 15 minutes before processing.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Warning: Always turn off and unplug the appliance before cleaning.
Clean all removable parts immediately in warm, soapy water after
processing.
WARNING: Please take care to clean the blades. They are VERY SHARP!
Clean the outer surface of the motor base with a slightly damp, soft cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water.
Dry the entire appliance with a dry cloth before replacing.
Do not use chemical cleaners or abrasives product for cleaning.
