How to install batteries in the main unit?

Open the battery compartment located at the back of the main unit and insert 4 AA batteries respecting polarity. Close the cover.

How to connect the main unit to the TV?

Use the provided A/V cable: plug the yellow connector into the TV's video input and the white connector into the audio input. Then plug in the AC adapter.

What is the maximum distance between the controller and the main unit?

The operating distance is between 1 and 4 meters. The main unit reception angle is ±30° and the controller emission angle is ±45°.

What to do if the controller does not respond?

Check the batteries, ensure no obstacles between the controller and the main unit, and move away from bright light sources. Press the reset button on the controller if necessary.

Can I use the AC adapter and batteries at the same time?

No, it is recommended to remove the batteries from the main unit when using the AC adapter. Use one or the other.

How to insert a game cartridge?

Set the main unit switch to Off, insert the cartridge into the slot, then set the switch to On. The games will appear on the screen.

What accessories are included with the console?

The set includes: removable ping-pong and tennis rackets, removable baseball bat, removable golf clubs, football transmitter, game cartridge, and AC adapter.

How to clean the console?

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean surfaces. Avoid contact with water or liquid products. Store in a dry place.

Note to the Player

1. For use with the power adapter, supervision is required with an adult.
2. Cartridge slot: do not try to insert any metal object(s) which will short-circuit and damage the unit.
   -- Similarly to the game cartridges, do not insert any metal object (s) between the external contacts.
3. Please remove the batteries if the product is not used for long period of time.
4. Ensure all the connectors and accessories are well connected before use.
5. Use with PAL TV system only.
6. Operation note:
   a. Do not stand too close to your TV screen to avoid eye strain.
   b. Adjust the contrast, brightness and colour level on your tv to a comfortable level.
   c. Operate the V-MAX16 in well-lit room environment.
   d. Take 10\~15 minutes break if you feel tired or sleepy.
   e. Keep a careful watch while the child (children) play with the V-MAX16.
   f. Make sure there is ample room between the player and other people while playing the Geniecon and Wireless Gamepad. This is to avoid knocking to each other.

8. Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be charged.
9. Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
10. The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
11. The V-MAX16 is not to be connected to more than the recommended number of power supplies.

13. The V-MAX16 must only be used with the included power adapter (transformer).
14. The power adapter (transformer) is not a toy.
15. Keep the packing box and blister well and do not dispose of it. Use it for storage after play.
