It prints and copies up to 25 ppm in color and B&W, scans, faxes—even direct prints files from your USB flash drive* and digital camera. This streamlined service center lets you spend less time and money maintaining separate machines and more time focusing on the business at hand.

Vibrant color from a sleek AIO. The magicolor 4695MF, with its compact and sleek design, uses 9600 × 600 dpi-class contone resolution and Simitri HD polymerized toner to generate impressive prints, copies, photos and scans.

Comprehensive PageScope software puts you in full control with a suite of intuitive user and administrative management tools, including browser-accessed PageScope Web Connection. Automatic and hands-on color control options fine-tune color with the click of a button.

Office essentials under one cover. Combining vital business functions—print, copy, scan and fax—into one compact solution, the magicolor 4695MF is a cost-effective AIO for small- and mid-size office teams.

Copy with convenience. With a built-in 50-sheet reversing automatic document feeder (RADF), you can copy multi-page documents in no time. Adjust lightness, density and resolution from the intuitive control panel for complete customization. Make 2-sided copies from 1-sided originals at the click of a button with the standard automatic duplexer.

Scan and send. Scan pages straight to Email, SMB, FTP, and USB as JPEG, PDF, or TIFF files—multiple ways to get your files to their final destination. It supports sizes up to 8.5'' × 14'' from the flatbed glass or RADF. Choose text, photo or combination to customize your scanned image for attention-demanding digital documents.

Fast fax. A stand-alone 33.6 Kbps Super G3 fax offers 220 speed dials, 20 group dials and up to 6 MB of fax memory. For added convenience, it includes an internal address book accessible via the control panel for quick number retrieval.

Automatic, unattended production. The magicolor 4695MF's 350-sheet standard paper input can be increased to 850 sheets for fewer refills. A 50-sheet reversing automatic document feeder and built-in duplexer save users time and paper when printing and copying.

Advanced operation. A powerful 40 GB internal hard disk or compact flash card (optional) trigger bonus features including fonts and forms storage, electronic collation, job accounting, and direct print. It also activates job retention actions, including Secured Print, Print and Hold, Proof then Print and Stored job to ensure you have control of your print job.

Speaks your language. Access full print functionality with PostScript 3 and PCL 6 emulations, as well as a native XPS driver. The magicolor 4695MF also supports all major operating systems and share its multitasking functionality via a Gigabit Ethernet network interface and high-speed USB 2.0 local connection.

Direct print files-no computer required. Print XPS, PDF, JPEG and TIFF files directly from a USB flash drive* using the AIO's easy-access USB 1.1 Host Port. Use the same connection to direct print files from a digital camera for photos in a flash.
