How to install the OkiLAN 6130 network card on my ML 620 printer?
Turn off the printer, unplug the power cord and interface cable. Remove the removable panel near the interface connector, insert the OkiLAN 6130 card by sliding it on the rails. Reconnect the UTP cable, then the power cord. Turn on the printer: the red and green LEDs flash then the green stays lit if installation is successful.
How to configure the IP address of the network card?
Download and install the ExtendView utility from the OKI website. Launch the application, select your printer, then choose the configuration options. In the 'Server Configuration' box, click 'Set Permanent' and modify the IP address, subnet mask or gateway. Click OK to save.
How to print a configuration sheet?
Press the Test button on the front of the OkiLAN 6130 card. An ASCII configuration sheet prints, containing the current network settings.
How to reset the network card to default settings?
Turn off the printer, then turn it back on. Wait 30 seconds. Press and hold the TEST button for 20 seconds until the LEDs flash. Release the button: the card resets to factory values and restarts.
