WARNINGS
- When using the appliance for the first time, read the instructions in this manual. Before cooking, let the appliance run for 10 minutes with the lid down and in position 4 to preheat the pizza stone to 320°C. This will remove any remaining lubricant from the heating elements of the appliance. This will not affect the performance of your appliance, nor will it be necessary to repeat this process in the future.
- Never use oil or water directly on the stone for cooking, seasoning or cleaning. Place the pizza directly on the stone surface.
- Never use a knife, a pizza cutter or any other metal utensil on the stone, as this could damage it.
3. OPERATION
The appliance is designed to prepare pizzas with fresh dough and frozen pizza bases. If using a frozen pizza base, allow it to thaw before putting it inside. The result will be a crispy pizza. When baking fresh dough, lightly flour the surface of the stone before placing the dough directly on it. If the dough is sticky, add more flour to the dough, otherwise it will stick to the stone.
- Make sure that the power selector is in 0 position, check that there is no food inside and that the stone is correctly positioned.
- Insert the power plug into a wall socket. To switch the appliance on, simply turn the power selector to the maximum position. The light indicator will turn on, indicating that the oven is preheating.
- Set the timer to the 10-minute position for preheating. After this time, it will be ready for use and the light indicator will turn off.
- Place the cooked or uncooked pizza dough directly on the spatulas and add your favourite toppings. Never overfill or place toppings too high on the pizza. Ingredients should always be below the height of the upper heating element to prevent them from burning.
- Carefully place the pizza on the hot stone using the spatulas. WARNING: the stone and the handles will be very hot. Be careful not to burn yourself. You can use heat-resistant gloves for this purpose.
- Close the lid, turn the power selector to the desired setting and allow the pizza to bake for a few minutes until it is cooked to the desired doneness. Set the power selector to a lower setting to reduce the cooking temperature or set it to a higher setting to increase the temperature.
NOTE:
Please note that each pizza may have a different thickness or topping, and that some pizzas may cook faster or slower than others. It is advisable to monitor the cooking to prevent the pizza from burning or becoming uncooked.
- If your pizza is not ready, close the lid and continue cooking until you think it is ready.
- If you want to cook more than one pizza, repeat the previous process from step 4 onwards.
4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of the appliance. After each use, unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down. Do not touch or attempt to clean the appliance until all parts have cooled to room temperature. Clean the device with a damp cloth after using it. Never immerse the device in water or other liquids. This could result in electric shock and/or damage to the appliance.
ENGLISH
- Make sure the appliance is unplugged from the mains before cleaning.
- To clean the stone, use the two hooks on the sides to remove it and never use cooking oil, water or detergents. Scrape off excess food with a spatula or stiff bristle brush and wipe off with kitchen paper or a clean cloth.
- To clean the spatulas, wash them with warm water and mild detergent. Never soak them, as excess water will damage them.
- Never use the stone for purposes other than those for which it was intended. Do not use the stone to serve and/or cut the pizza.
- Never put liquids on the stone, either if it is hot or cold.
- Be very careful when lifting the lid, as the accumulated steam can quickly escape. For safety reasons, it is recommended to use oven mitts or oven gloves when lifting the lid.
- Do not use metal kitchen utensils, oil, water or abrasive detergents for cleaning as this will damage the non-stick surface of the stone.
- Make sure all its parts are clean and dry before storing the appliance.
5. TROUBLESHOOTING
| PROBLEM | POSSIBLE CAUSE | POSSIBLE SOLUTION |

| The pizza base burns. | The oven's temperature is too high. | Make sure that the oven has been preheated in position 5.
