General safety instructions

  • Before commissioning this device please read the instruction manual carefully.
  • Please keep these instructions, the guaranty certificate, the sales receipt and, if possible, the carton with the inner packaging!
  • The device is intended exclusively for private and not for commercial use!
  • Always remove the plug from the socket whenever the device is not in use, when attaching accessory parts, cleaning the device or whenever a disturbance occurs. Switch off the device beforehand. Pull on the plug, not on the cable.
  • In order to protect children from the dangers of electrical appliances, never leave them unsupervised with the device. Consequently, when selecting the location for your device, do so in such a way that children do not have access to the device. Take care to ensure that the cable does not hang down.
  • Test the device and the cable regularly for damage. If there is damage of any kind, the device should not be used.
  • Do not repair the device yourself, but rather consult an authorised expert.

This is for switching to maximum speed for a short time. Press at short intervals for pulsed mode operation. WARNING! Do not use this function for more than one minute! How to use the Beater

1. Position the speed regulator on 0/AUS (3) and make sure that the mixer (1) is

not connected to the mains.

2. Remove the mounting slot cover by pulling it upwards.

3. Mount the beater (9).

4. Insert the plug into a 230V/50Hz socket.

5. Insert the beater into a high and partly filled bowl.

6. Activate Turbo-speed by pushing forward the speed regulator (3). Move the beater around gently.

7. Deactivate Turbo-speed mode by releasing the regulator (3).

How to use the Kneader hooks/beater

1. Position the speed regulator on 0/AUS (3) and make sure that the mixer (1) is

not connected to the mains.

2. Press the end of the kneader hooks/beater (10) into the corresponding mixer

openings until the hooks click into place. While pressing, turn slightly in order to facilitate the whole operation.

3. Insert the plug into a 230V/50Hz socket.

4. The handmixer (1) can be used at various speeds set with the speed regulator

5. When removing the kneader hooks/beater (10), position the speed regulator on

0/AUS and make sure that the mixer is not connected to the mains.

6. Press the orange button (2) to release the kneader hooks/beater. Remove the

device by turning it slightly. How to use the Mixer stand

1. Remove the mounting slot cover by pulling it upwards.

2. Then place the handmixer on the upper part (5) of the mixer stand (4) and push

it back until the slot on the lower part of the mixer is locked onto the pin of the upper part (5) of the mixer stand.

3. Mount the hooks as described above in the section “How to use the Kneader

release of the upper part of the mixer stand (5) and lift the mixer.

5. Place the mixer bowl filled with the desired ingredients onto the revolving plate
