Read the following instructions carefully before using the appliance. Keep this instruction manual for future reference or new users.

- Turn off and unplug the appliance from the power supply immediately after use.
- Unplug the appliance immediately under the following circumstances: abnormal operation, needs cleaning, and/or after use.
- Do not insert metal objects through the air inlets to avoid electric shocks.
- Do not wind the power cord around the appliance.
- Keep your face, neck, and scalp away from the appliance.
- Do not leave the appliance on any surface while in operation.
- Do not use the appliance to dry wigs, natural hair extensions, fake hair or animal hair.
- The air inlet ensures good ventilation of the appliance. Do not cover or obstruct it, as this may cause overheating.
Do not insert objects in the air inlet.

2. Before use
- This appliance comes in a packaging designed to protect it during transport. Remove the appliance from its box. You can keep the original box and other packaging materials in a safe place to prevent damage to the appliance if you need to transport it in the future. If you wish to dispose of the original packaging, make sure all items are recycled properly.
- Check that all parts and components are included and in good condition. If any of them are missing or damaged, please contact Cecotec's Official Technical Support Service immediately.

- Do not remove the product's serial number in order to keep proper traceability if technical assistance is required.
3. Operation
- Check that the air inlet and outlet are not obstructed by lint, hair or other objects. Make sure that the voltage indicated on the product matches the mains voltage in your home.
- Insert the power cord plug into a power socket.
- Slide the power switch to position "I", low speed.
- Press the temperature mode button to select the desired temperature. There are 6 temperature modes available. The LED indicator ring will show a different colour depending on the selected mode:
- The cool air setting is ideal for setting your hairstyle.
- The warm air mode is best suited for drying roots and short hair.
- The hot air mode is best suited for drying medium/long hair.
- The extra hot air mode is suitable for quick drying or styling hair.
- The oscillating air mode is ideal for protecting the hair against overheating.
- The smart mode automatically adjusts the temperature according to the distance of the hair dryer from the hair.
- Press the airflow speed setting button to choose the speed. There are 3 speed modes available.
- After use, unplug the power cord and store the product only when the body is completely cool.
Overheating protection
After prolonged use, the high temperature may activate the overheating protection device and automatically cut off the power supply. It is not a product failure.
In this case, unplug the power cord, allow the product to cool down for a few minutes, and then you can use it again.
Installation and removal of accessories
To remove any attachment, press the release button located at the bottom of the air outlet and gently pull the attachment while making a small counterclockwise turn.
To attach a new accessory, press the release button and attach the accessory by making a small clockwise turn while pressing the accessory against the air inlet of the dryer. Fig. 2
4. Cleaning and maintenance
Wait until the dryer is completely cool to clean it.
To clean the housing, use a soft cloth slightly dampened with tap water or soapy water.
When storing the dryer, if hair or cosmetic products remain adhered to the handle or body, they can degrade the plastic and cause discoloration, cracks and malfunction.
Filters
Remove the air inlet filter by moving it until it can be removed as shown in figure 3.
Be sure to install it correctly again before using the product.
Use kitchen paper or a toothbrush to remove dust, hair and other debris stuck in the air inlet. Fig. 4
Do not press or rub the air inlet with your fingernails or sharp objects; the air inlet could be damaged.
Use paper towels or toothbrushes to remove dust, hair and other debris from the first layer of the mesh cover. Fig. 5.
Clean the air inlets at least once a month.
5. Troubleshooting

6. Disposal of old electrical and electronic appliances
