How to empty the Simplicity S20PET vacuum cleaner bag?
Open the front cover, remove the bag by the cardboard handle and throw it away. Insert a new bag by pushing the collar until it clicks. Close the cover.
How often should I wash the HEPA filter?
Wash the HEPA filter every 3 months with lukewarm water. Let it dry completely for 24 hours before reinstalling. Never use detergent.
The turbo brush no longer turns, what should I do?
Turn off and unplug the vacuum. Remove the brush and cut any threads or hair wrapped around the roller. Check that the belt is not worn and replace it if necessary.
What type of bag should I use?
