• Do not overload the door shelves or place too much food on the drawers to prevent items from falling off and damaging the appliance.
• WARNING: do not attach multi-socket adaptors or multiple power supplies to the rear part of the appliance.
• To avoid food contamination, please follow the instructions below:

A. Opening the door for a long period of time may cause a significant increase in temperature in the appliance compartments.

B. Regularly clean the surfaces that come into contact with food and with the accessible draining systems.

C. If your refrigerator features a dispenser, clean the water tank if it has not been used for 48 hours.

D. Store raw meat and fish in proper containers in the freezer, so they do not come into contact with or leak on

other food.

E. The two-star compartments are suitable for storing pre-frozen food, storing or making ice cream, and making ice cubes.
F. Compartments with one, two, or three stars are not suitable for freezing fresh food.

- Before carrying out any maintenance and cleaning task, turn off the appliance and unplug it.

- It is advisable to wait for at least four hours before connecting the appliance to allow oil to flow through the compressor.

- Air must flow around the appliance. Lack of air leads to overheating. To achieve good ventilation, follow the installation instructions.

- Whenever possible, the rear part of the appliance should not be too close to the wall to prevent it from touching or reaching the hot parts (the compressor and the condenser). To avoid risk of fire, follow the installation instructions.

- Make sure that the plug is accessible after installation of the appliance.

- All electrical work required to maintain this appliance must be carried out by a qualified electrician.

- Use the appliance only for the purposes described in this manual. Improper or incorrect use may pose a hazard to both the appliance and the user.

- The appliance temperature range information can be found on its marking. Indicates the optimum room temperature for proper operation of the appliance.

Refrigerant

• Isobutane refrigerant (R600a), contained within the refrigeration circuit of the appliance, is a natural gas with a high level of environmental compatibility; however, it is flammable.
• Make sure that no components of the refrigeration circuit have been damaged during the transport and installation of the appliance.
• WARNING: the refrigerant and the insulator gas are flammable. When disposing of the appliance, only dispose of it at an authorised waste-disposal facility. Do not expose

it to flames.

- WARNING: the appliance contains refrigerant and gases in the insulation. The appliance and gases must be disposed of professionally, as they may cause injuries to eyes or ignition. Make sure the refrigeration-circuit pipe is not damaged before disposing of it correctly.

2. BEFORE USE

• This appliance comes in a packaging designed to protect it during transport. Remove the appliance from its box. You can keep the original box and other packaging materials in a safe place to prevent damage to the appliance if you need to transport it in the future. If you wish to dispose of the original packaging, make sure all items are recycled properly.
• Check that all parts and components are included and in good condition. If any of them are missing or damaged, please contact Cecotec's Official Technical Support Service immediately.

- Do not remove the product's serial number in order to keep proper traceability if technical assistance is required.

3. ASSEMBLY

Transport

• Do not transport the refrigerator horizontally or lying down.
• Do not load the refrigerator by holding it by the door; it must be lifted from the base.
• This unit should never be moved by one person, two people are required to lift or move it safely.

Where to install your unit

• The refrigerator should be placed on a hard, flat surface; if cushioning is required, stable, hard, non-flammable cushion blocks should be used.
• DO NOT USE FOAM PACKING AS CUSHION BLOCKS!
• The refrigerator should be kept away from damp places where water is present. Water or dirt should be removed from any surface of the appliance as soon as possible using a soft cloth. This will help prevent rust and help your appliance operate at maximum efficiency.
• Place the refrigerator in a well-ventilated area, reserve space around and behind the refrigerator, and do not cover or block the ventilation grille on the rear cover plate of the compressor. Fig. 2
• Keep the refrigerator away from heat sources or direct sunlight.

• The above figures are a guide for installation. Actual sizes may vary slightly.
• To ensure that your unit operates at maximum efficiency, maintain sufficient space around your unit as shown in Figure 3.

Adjustable plastic feet

• In the refrigerator packing box, feet come tightly packed. After removing the refrigerator from the box for installation, make sure to adjust the two front feet to the desired height by adjusting them with a spanner or directly by hand. Fig. 4
• The plastic feet and rear rollers must touch the floor to prevent the refrigerator from moving, vibrating, or rattling.
• When moving the refrigerator, adjust the plastic legs counterclockwise to keep them off the floor and then gently push the refrigerator to move it.

• Disassembly: Hold the sides of the door shelf with both hands. Push it from the side without the guide and insert it inward as shown in figure 5. Push until the edge of the door shelf separates from the groove.
• Installation: Hold the sides of the door shelf with both hands. Install the guide side seal first. Then, push the other side slightly inwards, the guide will snap into place and the door shelf will be installed. Make sure it is installed correctly before use.

4. OPERATION

Before use

• Place the refrigerator in a suitable position and adjust the feet to level it. It is recommended that the unit be cleaned with a damp, soapy cloth and dried thoroughly before use.
• Place the refrigerator, adjust it to level, clean it and let it stand for 4 to 6 hours before turning it on. This ensures that the compressor oil has settled properly, helping the unit to operate normally.

Start-up

• Connect the power cable and turn on the switch.
• On first start-up, the display will show the set temperature values (the refrigerator compartment temperature is set at 5^ C, the freezer compartment temperature is set at -18^ C, and the Fresh flex compartment will operate at 0^ C, and the green mode icon will light up).

Selecting modes and functions

Each press of the mode selection button switches between operating modes:

• SMART mode: The refrigerator compartment operates at 5°C while the freezer compartment maintains -18°C.
• FAST FREEZING mode: In this mode, the compressor runs continuously to freeze food more quickly and maintain freshness. The mode will automatically deactivate after 24 hours of operation or when the freezer compartment reaches -28^ . The blast freeze icon will turn off and the freezer compartment will continue to operate at the normal set temperature.
• FAST COOLING mode: When selected, the refrigerator compartment reaches the set temperature in the shortest possible time to maintain optimal food freshness. In this mode, the temperature of the refrigerator compartment is set to 2°C. The mode operates for a maximum of 150 minutes and then is automatically deactivated, the icon goes off, indicating that rapid cooling is deactivated and the temperature returns to the last temperature set before operating in this mode.

Temperature settings

• The default temperature of the freezer compartment is -18^ .
• To change the temperature, press the compartment selection button, when the freezer compartment icon flashes, press the temperature adjustment button to adjust the freezer compartment temperature.
• The temperature setting range of the freezer compartment is between -15^ and -23^ .
• The default temperature of the refrigerator compartment is 5^ C.
• To change the temperature, press the compartment selection button, when the refrigerator compartment icon flashes, press the temperature adjustment button to adjust the temperature of the refrigerator compartment.
• The temperature range of the refrigeration compartment is from 2°C to 8°C.

Fresh flex compartment configuration

This product has a flexible temperature drawer.

Press the FRESH FLEX adjustment button to select the mode:

• GREEN mode: the drawer will operate at 0^ C.
• CHILL mode: the drawer will operate at -4^ .
• FRESH mode: the drawer will operate at 4°C.

Open door alarm

• When the refrigerator door is open for more than 2 minutes, the buzzer sounds to remind users to close the door. Once the door is closed, the alarm sound stops automatically.
• Press and hold the compartment selection button and the fresh flex adjustment button for

3 seconds to activate or deactivate the door open alarm sound.

Switching the refrigerator compartment on/off

Press the compartment selection button, when the refrigerator compartment icon flashes, press and hold the compartment selection button for 10 seconds to turn the refrigerator compartment on or off. When the compartment is off, the refrigerator's digital temperature display shows "--"; in this state, press and hold the compartment selection button for 10 seconds to reset the refrigerator function.

Locking the control panel

• The control panel is displayed for approximately 20 seconds and then turns off, if any touch button is pressed it is displayed again.
• To lock the control panel, press and hold the lock/unlock button for about 3 seconds. To unlock, press it again.

5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Defrosting

- This product has an automatic defrosting function; no manual defrosting is required.

Cleaning

• Before cleaning, always turn off the power switch and disconnect the power plug.
• During cleaning, make sure that no water enters the switch, display, door light, and top control panel.
• Remove dirt from the exterior of the refrigerator with a mild cleaning agent, then wipe with a soft, clean cloth and allow the refrigerator to dry naturally.
• When cleaning the door gasket, always use clean water, wipe with a dry cloth and allow it to dry naturally. Dampen a soft cloth with warm water or a neutral cleaning agent to clean the body of the refrigerator, except for the door gasket.
• Never rinse the refrigerator directly with water, as this will affect the electrical insulation properties, among others.
• Do not clean the refrigerator with metal scouring pads, hard brushes, coarse abrasive cleaners, strong alkaline detergents or flammable or toxic cleaning fluids.
• After cleaning, plug in the refrigerator plug and make sure it is securely connected.

During holidays

When you go on holidays, let the refrigerator run continuously and leave food that can be kept for a short time. If you wish to turn off the refrigerator, remove all food, disconnect the power plug, clean the inside of the refrigerator thoroughly, and open the door to prevent unpleasant odours.

In case of power failure

Generally, a short-term power failure does not drastically affect the temperature of the refrigerator. However, in the event of a prolonged power outage, you should minimise the frequency of door openings and avoid introducing fresh food (to prevent rapid temperature increase within the refrigerator).

If you are aware of an upcoming power interruption, activate Fast Cooling mode in advance to maintain the lowest possible temperature.

Switching off the appliance

Generally, it is not recommended to stop the refrigerator or turn off the power switch, as this may affect the life of the appliance.

6. TROUBLESHOOTING

Normal occurrences

Button failure	Check if the lock is activated. When activated, no button functions.
Low voltage, compressor does not start	Contact a licensed electrician if you have low voltage problems.
Takes too long to start	When the ambient temperature is too high, the refrigerator takes longer to start.
Hot zones	Some zones heat up after a period of operation, this is a normal phenomenon.
Condensation droplets	When outside air comes into contact with the cold inner surface of the refrigerator, condensation droplets may form. If humidity is high or during the rainy season, droplets may form on the outside of the refrigerator. This is a natural phenomenon that occurs during wet weather. Wipe off the water drops with a dry cloth.
Noise	When the refrigerator is switched on for the first time, it will run at high speed to cool down quickly, and may emit a louder sound. When the internal temperature drops below a certain level, the noise will decrease.
	When the compressor begins or ends its operation, the various parts expand/contract, the control devices operate or the temperatures inside the refrigerator change, sounds will be heard, which are normal.
Hot compressor	During operation, the temperature of the compressor is above 80 ☐, please, do not touch it as it may cause serious injury.
Compressor running for a long time	When the ambient temperature is too high or too much fresh food is put into the refrigerator, it takes longer to cool the inside of the refrigerator.

Troubleshooting

This table includes common situations that are not the result of manufacturing defects.

Compressor runs too long	The refrigerator has been switched off for a period of time.	The refrigerator takes a few hours to cool down completely.
	Too much food has been introduced	Too much food or hot food will cause the refrigerator to run longer until the desired temperature is reached.
	Doors are opened too often or for too long	The warm air entering the refrigerator causes the compressor to run longer. Do not open the door too often.
Vibration noise	The floor is uneven or flimsy	Make sure the floor is level and solid and can adequately support the refrigerator.
	Items placed on top of the refrigerator are vibrating	Place these items appropriately.
	Refrigerator touches the wall or adjoining cabinets	Move the refrigerator so that it does not touch the wall or cabinets.

Note:

If none of these situations match your problem, do not attempt to disassemble or repair the refrigerator yourself. Repairs carried out by unqualified people may result in injury or serious malfunctions. Please contact the place where you bought the appliance or the official Cecotec Technical Support Service. Repairs must be carried out by an authorised technician using only original spare parts.

7. RECYCLING OF ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
