How do I connect the DUSTY600+ to Wi-Fi?
Download the Point Home app from the App Store or Google Play. Power on the vacuum, press and hold the Wi-Fi button until the indicator blinks, then follow the app instructions to connect.
What should I do if the vacuum doesn't start?
Check that the battery is charged (dock the vacuum for at least 4 hours). Ensure the power switch is on and the dustbin is correctly installed. Press the 'Clean' button to start.
How often should I clean the filters?
Clean the HEPA filter and foam filter every 1-2 weeks, or when the filter cleaning indicator lights up. Use a brush or tap gently to remove dust. Do not wash with water unless specified.
Can I schedule the vacuum to clean at specific times?
Yes, via the Point Home app you can set a daily or weekly schedule. The vacuum will automatically start cleaning at the scheduled time and return to its dock.
What is the maximum area the DUSTY600+ can clean on a single charge?
On standard mode, the vacuum covers up to 1,500 sq ft (approx. 140 m²) in a single charge, depending on flooring type and obstacles.
How do I replace the side brushes?
Turn off the vacuum and remove the old side brush by pulling it off. Align the new brush with the slot and push firmly until it clicks. Ensure the brush is securely attached.
What does the red light mean on the vacuum?
A solid red light indicates a low battery or an error. Check the dustbin for fullness, sensors for blockage, or battery level. Refer to the troubleshooting section in the manual.
Does the vacuum support voice control?
Yes, the DUSTY600+ is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. After setup in the Point Home app, enable the 'Point' skill and link your account.
How do I empty the self-emptying base station?
When the base station bag is full (indicated by a flashing light), open the lid, remove the bag, and dispose of it. Insert a new bag and close the lid.
What should I do if the vacuum gets stuck?
The vacuum has anti-collision and anti-drop sensors, but it may get stuck on cables or small objects. Manually free it, remove obstacles, and press the clean button to resume. For persistent issues, check sensors for debris.
