How to use the CX2120 heater for the first time?

Place the device on a stable and flat surface. Plug it into a compatible power outlet. Use the power selection button (low, medium, high) and set the thermostat to the desired temperature. You can activate the timer or oscillation as needed.

How to clean the device's filter?

Unplug the device and let it cool down. Remove the filter located at the back. Wash it with lukewarm water and dry it completely before reinstalling. A clean filter improves performance and lifespan.

What to do if the heater stops suddenly?

This is usually due to overheat protection or tipping. Check that the device is not obstructed and that it is on a stable surface. Let it cool for a few minutes before restarting. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

Can I use the CX2120 in a bathroom?

This model is not designed for bathroom use (IP rating not suitable). Use it only in dry, well-ventilated rooms.

How to save energy with this heater?

Use the thermostat to regulate room temperature instead of leaving the device at full power. Program the timer to turn off when you leave the room. Night mode also reduces consumption.

The heater is noisy, is this normal?

A slight ventilation noise is normal. If the noise becomes loud or irregular, check that the filter is clean and that no object is blocking the air intakes. Night mode reduces fan speed for quiet operation.

How to set the timer?

Press the TIMER button. Each press increases the duration by one hour (up to 8h). The indicator light turns on to confirm. The device will automatically turn off at the end of the programmed time.

Can I use an extension cord?

Not recommended. Always plug directly into a wall outlet. If an extension cord is essential, use one with sufficient gauge (at least 1.5 mm²) and fully unwound.

How to activate oscillation?

Press the OSCILLATION button. The device will start to pivot horizontally to distribute heat throughout the room. Press again to deactivate.

What is the recommended heating area?

The CX2120 is suitable for rooms up to 25 m² (standard insulation). For optimal efficiency, close doors and windows and avoid drafts.

Turning on and off

Switching the mode

Press the mode switch button to choose between Low mode, High mode, or Auto mode.

Avoid touching the air outlet as it may be hot.

Low mode: When in low mode, your device provides you with a slight, comfortable heated breeze.

High mode: High speed, quick results. When your device is in high speed mode, it operates at the highest speed for powerful, rapid heating of the air in your room.

Auto low mode: The heater automatically adjusts the heating power to maintain the ambient temperature around 18-20°C. It turns on and off by itself based on room conditions.

Auto medium mode: The heater automatically adjusts the heating power to maintain the ambient temperature around 21-23°C. It turns on and off by itself based on room conditions.

Auto high mode: The heater automatically adjusts the heating power to maintain the ambient temperature around 24-26°C. It turns on and off by itself based on room conditions.

Cleaning and maintenance

Always unplug the appliance before cleaning it.

Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.

Never use abrasive, aggressive, or flammable cleaning agents such as bleach or alcohol to clean any part of the appliance.

My heater fails to turn on or off. If the appliance can't be turned on, please ensure the power plug is plugged in properly or try another power socket.

Ensure all the air inlet and outlet grilles are unobstructed.

The heater produces a strange/burnt smell. The first few times you use the appliance, it may produce a plastic smell. This is normal on new appliance. However, if the appliance produces a burnt smell, turn off the appliance and unplug immediately, then contact the Consumer Care Center in your country.

My heater is too loud. The higher the fan speed setting of the appliance, the louder the noise will be. Set to lower fan speed, the noise will be reduced.

If there is abnormal sound, contact the Consumer Care Center in your country.

The heater base is wobbly or vibrating. Check if the appliance is placed on the flat floor or surface.
