Your 549007 KooZzzi electric overblanket has been designed for soothing and relaxing your body. The overblanket is equipped with a thermal protection system that regulates the heat and prevents the overblanket from becoming too hot. The overblanket is suitable for indoor use only. The overblanket is suitable for domestic use only.

Initial use
Before you proceed, we need you to pay attention to the following notes:
- Make sure that there is sufficient space around the overblanket to allow heat to escape and provide sufficient ventilation.
Clean the overblanket. Refer to the section "Cleaning and maintenance".
Note: If you switch on the overblanket for the first time, it may emit a characteristic smell for a short period. This is normal operation.
Use (fig. A)
Before you proceed, we need you to pay attention to the following notes:
- Do not use the overblanket with a higher temperature than required.
- Do not leave the overblanket unattended during use.
Insert the mains plug into the wall socket. Make sure that the electronic control unit (1) is connected to the overblanket (5).
Press the on/off button (2) to switch on the overblanket (5).
Press the heat control button (3) to set the lowest temperature. The overblanket (5) starts to heat up. The temperature setting is shown on the display (4).
Note: Regularly check the temperature of the overblanket on the back of your hand. If the temperature feels warm on your hand, it might well be too hot for the surface of your skin.
Wait for a few minutes until the overblanket • (5) has reached the set temperature.
Press the heat control button (3) to set the required temperature:
- Press the heat control button (3) 1 or 2 times for a low temperature. The temperature setting is shown on the display (4).
- Press the heat control button (3) 3 or 4 times for a medium temperature. The temperature setting is shown on the display (4).
- Press the heat control button (3) 5 or 6 times for a high temperature. The temperature setting is shown on the display (4).
If the temperature becomes too high, set a lower temperature using the heat control button (3).
Note: The overblanket switches off automatically after approximately 3 hours. To switch on the overblanket again, set the heat control button to position '0', wait for 5 seconds and set the heat control button back to the required position.
After use, press the on/off button (2) to switch off the overblanket (5).
Remove the mains plug from the wall socket. Allow the overblanket to cool down completely.
Cleaning and maintenance (fig. A)
Before you proceed, we need you to pay attention to the following notes:
- Before cleaning or maintenance, switch off the overblanket, remove the mains plug from the wall socket and wait until the overblanket has cooled down.
- Do not immerse the electronic control unit in water or any other liquids.
Before you proceed, we would like you to focus your attention on the following notes:
- Do not wash the overblanket in the washing machine. Do not dry the overblanket in the tumble dryer.
- Do not clean the electronic control unit.
- Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the overblanket.
- Do not use bleach to clean the overblanket.
- Do not iron the overblanket.
Press the release button (6) to disconnect the electronic control unit (1) from the overblanket (5). Wash the overblanket (5) by hand (max. 30 °C). Allow the overblanket (5) to dry naturally. Connect the electronic control unit (1) to the overblanket (5).
After cleaning, put the overblanket with the electronic control unit in the original packaging.
Store the packaging in a dry and frost-free • place, out of the reach of children.

Only use the overblanket when it is unfolded.
Do not use the overblanket when it is folded, crumpled or otherwise deformed.
Do not use the overblanket if it is wet.
Do not use the overblanket when it is placed around a mattress.
Do not insert foreign objects into the • overblanket.
Do not puncture the overblanket with sharp objects.
Do not place large or heavy objects on the overblanket or on the electronic control unit.
Do not leave the overblanket unattended • when the mains plug is connected to the mains.
Regularly check the overblanket for signs of wear or damage. If the overblanket shows signs of wear or damage or if it has been misused, return it to the supplier before further use.
Before folding and storing the overblanket, allow it to cool down completely. Store the overblanket in the original packaging when not in use. Store the overblanket in a dry and frost-free place, out of the reach of children.
U.K. Wiring instructions
The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code:
BLUE NEUTRAL
BROWN LIVE
As the colours of the wire in the mains lead of this appliance may not correspond with the colour markings identifying the terminals on your plug, proceed as follows:
The wire which is coloured BLUE must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter N or coloured black.
The wire which is coloured BROWN must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter L or coloured red.
If a 13Amp (BS1363) plug is used, a 13Amp (BS1362) fuse must be fitted, or if any other type of plug is used, a 13Amp fuse must be fitted, either in the plug or adaptor, or on the distribution board.
This is a double-insulated appliance and does not need an earth connection.
Warning! On no account should either the live or neutral wires be connected to the earth terminal.
