How to install the AXIS T90A01 lamp?

Attach the wall mount using the provided screws and anchors. Clip the lamp onto the mount. Plug the power cable into a mains socket.

Can I use the lamp outdoors?

Yes, the lamp has a protection rating IP44, suitable for outdoor use under cover (not directly exposed to rain).

How to adjust the motion detector?

The detector is pre-programmed. Turn the knob located under the lamp to adjust sensitivity and lighting duration (from 10 seconds to 5 minutes).

What to do if the lamp does not turn on?

Check that the socket is working and the fuse has not blown. Ensure the selected mode is not timer. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

Does the lamp flash normally?

A slight flicker may occur when turning on. If the flickering persists, unplug the lamp for 10 seconds then plug it back in.

How to clean the lamp?

Unplug the lamp. Use a soft, dry cloth. Never use abrasive products or solvents.

What is the lifespan of the LED?

The LED has an estimated lifespan of 25,000 hours, which is about 11 years of daily use of 6 hours.

Can I replace the LED bulb?

No, the LED is built-in and not replaceable. At the end of its life, the entire lamp must be replaced.

Does the lamp get hot?

Slight heating is normal during operation. Do not cover the lamp and ensure ventilation around the unit.

Installation

Follow these installation procedures:

1. Mount the illuminator.
2. Mount the PSU.
3. Extend or reduce the lead length as you wish.
4. Connect the LED output.

5. Connect the mains.

6. Adjust the PSU and telemetry if required. (Telemetry input is used when you require to remotely control the illuminator.)

Setup

Follow these instructions to set up the illuminator.

1. It is recommended that you set the illuminator up at night.
2. Adjust the illumination vertically so you light up the target area.
3. Adjust the illumination horizontally via Adaptive Illumination to match illumination to the camera's field of view.
4. Tighten all connections.
