Always let the induction gril cool down before switching it off and unpluging it, prior to carrying out any cleaning or maintenance works.

1.1. Cleaning

Always allow the unit to cool down before cleaning.

1.2. General Precautions

• Please follow the instructions in the user manual which will help you to properly install and operate this product and enjoy its advanced features. Please keep the instructions for future reference.
• Read all instructions before using the product.
• Maintenance and service operations are only to be carried out by authorized professionals.
• Any damage caused by manual modifications to the product is not covered by the warranty.
• If this product is used for other purposes than the ones originally intended, the product may become damaged and the warranty will be voided.

- Your safety is of paramount importance to us. If you are unsure about any of the meanings of these warnings please contact the Customer Support Service.
- The induction grill will be hot when in use on a cooktop. Keep young children away.
- The induction grill will remain hot after the cooktop has been switched off.
- Please use heat resistant gloves when using the induction grill.
- Please wait until the induction grill has cooled completely before cleaning it.
- Please do not put glass on hot surfaces.

2. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

2.1 Product Usage

The induction grill is designed to be used in a cooktop. It is suitable to be used in an area with flexzone.

When using the induction grill, make sure the base is flat against the glass.

2.2. Maintenance

1. After allowing the induction grill to cool down, rinse it thoroughly with hot water.
2. Then, take a clean cloth, soak it in hot water, and carefully wipe the induction grill. Focus on the grooves in between the ridges. To clean them properly, cover your finger with a cloth and use it to wipe along the groove. Rinse the cloth from time-to-time.
3. After cleaning the induction grill, dry it thoroughly with a towel. Allowing it to air dry will make it rust.

Attention:

• The induction grill can be washed in the dishwasher.
• The induction grill can be cleaned using a soap impregnated steel wool pad. Soaking it first in hot soapy water will make cleaning easier.

3. POST-SALE SERVICE

BECKEN has designed this appliance in order to guarantee maximum reliability. However, if a problem occurs please contact the Customer Support Service of any Worten, Modelo or Continente store in order to be assisted. Worten Equipamentos para o Lar provides a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of purchase of the appliance.

WARNING: any attempt to repair the appliance without contacting the manufacturer or seller will void the warranty.

All users must be familiar with these instructions. Knowing what could go wrong can help prevent problems from occurring.

4. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

In order to protect the environment, we strive to reduce the volume of packaging used, limiting it to three easily sorted materials: cardboard, paper and plastic. The appliance is manufactured using recyclable materials after disassembled by a specialized company. Please comply with local regulations concerning the recycling of all materials.
