How do I insert the SIM card and microSD card?

Turn off the phone. Remove the back cover and battery. Insert the SIM cards into the slots (Micro-SIM). For microSD, insert into the dedicated slot. Replace battery and cover.

How to extend battery life?

Reduce screen brightness, disable Wi-Fi/Bluetooth when not in use, close background apps, and turn off GPS. Use power saving mode from settings.

The phone is not charging. What should I do?

Check the charger and cable for damage. Try a different outlet. Remove battery and reinsert. If issue persists, the battery may need replacement.

How to transfer contacts from old phone?

Use Bluetooth to send contacts as vCard files, or sync via Google account. On Android, go to Settings > Accounts > Add account and sync.

Can I use this phone on 4G networks?

No, the Intex Aqua Wonder supports only 3G (HSPA+) and 2G networks. It does not have 4G LTE capability.

How to free up internal storage?

Move apps to SD card via Settings > Apps > select app > Move to SD. Clear cache from Settings > Storage. Delete unused apps and files.

What to do if the phone freezes?

Press and hold the Power button for 10-15 seconds to force restart. If frequent, try factory reset after backing up data.

How to take a screenshot?

Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds. The screenshot will be saved in the Gallery.

Does the phone have a notification LED?

No, the Intex Aqua Wonder does not include a notification LED. You can use third-party apps for visual alerts.

How to update the software?

Go to Settings > About phone > System updates. The device will check for updates. If available, download and install over Wi-Fi.

For your safety and proper use of the mobile phone, please read the following guidelines carefully:

INSE RT SIM CARD

The phone is a Dual SIM mobile phone allowing you to use the facility of tw one tw orks.

To insert SIM card(s):

1. Switch off the mobile phone and remove the rear cover and battery.
2. h set the SIM card correctly in the card slot(s) (See figure below)

1. Finally insert the battery and replace the rear cover of the mobile phone.

2. Insert the Micro SD card into the slot.
3. Finally insert the battery and the rear cover of the mobile phone.

Note: After user inserts the Micro SD card into the slot, you must reboot the mobile phone; otherwise the mobile phone will not identify the MicroSD card.

Use only compatible memory cards for use with this device. Incompatible memory cards may damage the card or the device and corrupt the data stored in the card.

CHARGE THE BATTERY OR CONNECT TO A COMPUTER

You can charge your battery using the charger or connect the USB cable (supplied with this phone) to the computer.

Note: Please use the specific battery, otherwise it may cause explosion.

REJECT A CALL BY SENDING A BUSY MESSAGE

While there is an incoming call, you are inconvenient to accept the call, and then you can send a busy message for rejoecng the call.

Drag the circle up to , some busy messages will show on the screen, short tap any of them to send out.

Tap and enter Contacts and then add a contact (see gure below.)

Tap "to add a new contact to Phone or SIM card.

SEND AND RECEIVE MESSAGE(S)

Enter Messaging, and tap the icon 📋 and then compose new message. You touch a text field where you want to enter text, to open the keyboard.

Tap this to add attach such as Pictures, Videos and Audios etc.

Tap this to select desired contact from phonebook.

Touch once to capitalize then ext letter you type. Touch and hold for caps.
