ROZWIĄZYWANIE PROBLEMÓW

SAFETY AND HAZARD CONDITIONS

1. Do not start the device if it is damaged, there is risk of electric shock in this case.
2. The product should be used in a suitable socket, matching the base and the parameters of the product. Do not install the bulb in a damaged socket, as it may cause electric shock.
3. Protect the product from dirt, moisture and overheating.

1. This product may only be operated by children 8 or more years old, mentally and/or physically deficient persons and persons without knowledge of or experience in operation of this device type if supervised or instructed in safe operation, with clear understanding of all related risks. Children should not play with the device. Unsupervised children should not

carry out the cleaning and maintenance of the device.

1. Before replacing the bulb, the socket must be switched off or disconnected from the electrical outlet. Before replacing the bulb, please remember that it may be hot. Wait for the bulb to cool down, then make sure that the socket is disconnected from mains.
2. Do not immerse the device in water or other liquids.

This device is intended for domestic or similar, non-commercial use.

The manufacturer will not be held liable for damages resulting from improper or non-compliant use.

1. Outside enclosed rooms the product should only be used in enclosures protected against humidity and rain.
2. The product should not be used in combination with electrical switches, time switches, photocells, etc.
3. The device generates an electromagnetic field. During the operation of the device, keep a minimum distance of 20 cm.

If you already have an account, log in using your own access data.

1. Screw the base of the bulb into the socket in the correct position. The light will start to flash. If this does not happen, turn the bulb on and off twice (on-off; on-off; on).
2. In the upper right corner of the application, press the „+” button and select the appropriate device.
3. Confirm that the bulb light is flashing fast.
4. Select the Wi-Fi network, enter the password and confirm it with the „Next“ button.
5. After successfully connecting the device, you can enjoy the remote operation of the device.

INSTALLATION

1. Make sure that the socket is not energized.
2. Screw the bulb base into the socket of the lighting fixture.
3. Turn on the socket power, the bulb light will start flashing.

CAUTION! IN ORDER FOR THE DEVICE TO WORK PROPERLY, IT MUST BE PREVIOUSLY CONFIGURED USING THE APPLICATION AND CONNECTED TO THE WI-FI NETWORK.

1. Download the application from the manufacturer's website: https://setti.pl/aplikacja
2. Open the installed application.
3. As a new user, create a new account.

TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM	POSSIBLE CAUSE	SOLUTION
The bulb light does not stop flashing.	The bulb was not correctly configured.	Re-configure the bulb according to the „Installation and operation of the application" section.
It is not possible to configure a bulb with a Wi-Fi network.	The phone is not connected to a 2.4GHz home network.	During setup of the Setti+ device, both the device and the phone must be connected to the same 2.4GHz network

1. A disclosed defect will be removed at the Guarantor's expense within 14 days from the date of reporting the damage to the authorized service or point of sale.

2. In exceptional cases, e.g. the need to import spare parts from their manufacturer, the repair period may be extended up to 30 days.

3. The warranty period for the user is 24 months from the date of delivery of the goods.

4. The goods are intended for use only in the conditions of an individual household.

5. The present warranty does not cover:

a. damage caused by using the device in a manner inconsistent with the user manual,

b. mechanical, chemical or thermal damage,

WARRANTY CONDITIONS FOR THE BULB

1. ART-DOM Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łódź (92-402) at ul. Zakładowa 90/92 National Court Register Number 0000354059 (Guarantor) guarantees that the purchased device is free from physical defects. The warranty covers only defects resulting

companies or persons that were not authorized to do so by the manufacturer, d. parts that are easily worn or consumables such as: batteries, bulbs, fuses, filters, knobs, shelves, accessories, e. installation, maintenance, inspection, cleaning, unlocking, removal of contaminants and instruction.

1. The Guarantor will select the mode of defect removal at its own discretion. Removal of a confirmed defect of the device will take place through warranty repair or replacement of the device. The Guarantor may make repairs when the Buyer requests replacement or the Guarantor may make replacements when the Buyer requests repair, if bringing the goods (device) to compliance with the granted warranty in the manner selected by the buyer is impossible or would require excessive costs for the Guarantor. In particularly justified cases,

if both repair and replacement are impossible or would require excessive costs for the Guarantor, the Guarantor may refuse to bring the goods into compliance with the granted warranty and propose another way to settle the warranty claim.

1. The exchange of goods is made at the point of sale at which the goods were purchased (replacement or refund) or an authorized service point, if it offers such service (replacement). The returned device must be complete, without mechanical damage. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in failure to accept the warranty claim.
2. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the sales contract, the buyer by law, is entitled to legal remedies from and at the expense of the seller, and the warranty does not affect these legal remedies.

3. The warranty is valid in Poland.

4. The condition for the warranty repair or replacement of the device is the presentation of proof of purchase and the use of the goods in accordance with the information contained in the operating manual.

DAMAGE OR REMOCAL OF THE DEVICE RATING PLATE MAY RESULT IN WARRANTY BEING DEEMED VOID.
