SAFETY AND HAZARD PRECAUTIONS

1. This product may only be operated by children aged 8 or more, by mentally and/or physically deficient persons, and by persons without knowledge of or experience in operating this appliance provided that they are supervised and/or have been instructed in its safe operation, and as a result have clear understanding of all related risks. Children should not play with the device. Unsupervised children should not carry out maintenance and cleaning of the device.
2. Do not immerse the device in water or other liquid.
3. The device is designed for domestic use only.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PREPARATION FOR USE

1. Unpack the device and make sure it is not damaged.

PLEASE NOTE! BEFORE INSTALLATION, MAKE SURE THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT DAMAGED, DO NOT START A DAMAGED DEVICE. MAKE SURE THE PRODUCT COMPLIES WITH THE ORDER AND EXPECTATIONS (STRIP TYPE, LIGHT COLOUR AND PERFORMANCE). PRODUCT THAT IS DISASSEMBLED, CUT OR DAMAGED DURING INSTALLATION IS NON-RETURNABLE.

1. Before installing the strip:

2. measure the length of the surface the strip is to be glued to,

3. cut the strip along the dashed line to the appropriate length in the place marked with the scissors symbol:

• make sure that there is an electrical socket at the installation site that can power the strip,
• clean and degrease the surface for strip installation by wiping it with a wet cloth rinsed in warm water with the addition of dishwashing liquid,
• wipe the installation surfaces thoroughly to dryness.

INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING

1. To install the LED strip, peel off the protective layer on the back of the strip:

Then stick the strip to a flat surface so that it adheres perfectly to it.

1. Connect the flat strip connector to the controller output so that the arrows on the connectors point to each other:

1. Connect the power adapter plug to the power input of the controller, then connect the power adapter plug to a mains socket.

The strip will illuminate and start flashing, entering the configuration mode. In order to configure the strip with the application, follow the section „Installation and Operation of the App”.

REMOTE CONTROL

In order to use the remote control, first remove the battery protection blister:

PLEASE NOTE! WHEN USING THE REMOTE, POINT IT TOWARDS THE CONTROLLER. THE RANGE OF THE REMOTE CONTROL IS ABOUT 6 METERS.

Replacing the remote battery

To replace the battery with a new one, follow the instructions on the remote control housing:

• press the release button towards the drawer, then remove it,
• replace the CR2025 battery by always inserting it with the „+” pole facing up,
• slide the battery drawer back in and lock it in the recess.

INSTALLATION AND OPERATION OF THE APP

1. Download the Setti+ app from the site by scanning the QR code below:

1. Open the installed app and make sure your mobile device is connected to the network.
2. As a new user, set up a new account. If you already have an account, log in with your access data.
3. Connect the strip to the power supply and wait until the light flashes quickly, if it does not, press and hold the controller button for 5 seconds until the light flashes.
4. Open the "Setti+" app, press "+" in the top right corner and select "Add Device".
5. Select the appropriate device from the list: Lighting -> SLS705 LED strip.

6. Allow the app to access your location. Make sure your Wi-Fi is in the 2.4GHz band, then select the network your device will connect to, enter your network password, and select "Next".

7. Confirm that the strip lights flash quickly, then select "Next".

8. The app will search for the device, click to add it, then select "Finished".
9. Once connected successfully, you can fully enjoy the remote operation of your device.
10. To reset the device connectivity and make a new configuration, press and hold the button for 5 seconds until the strip lights flash quickly.

TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
The strip is not on.	Incorrect connection of the strip to the controller.	The strip input connector must be connected to the controller so that the arrows on the connectors point to each other.
	Incorrect power supply connection.	Correctly connect the power supply to a socket. Make sure that the output connector of the power supply is connected correctly to the input connector of the controller.
The strip could not be configured using a Wi-Fi network.	The router operates on a 5GHz network.	Enable 2.4GHz router network. 5GHz and 2.4GHz networks should have distinct names.
	The Wi-Fi signal is not strong enough at the place of installation of the device	Boost the router's Wi-Fi signal or change its location.
	Too many devices supported by the router.	Too many devices supported by the router.
The app does not display the current status devices „Off the network".	The Wi-Fi signal is not strong enough in place of device installation.	Boost the router's Wi-Fi signal or change its location.
	The router configuration has been changed.	Reconfigure the device according to the section „Installation and operation of the app".

WARRANTY CONDITIONS FOR LED STRIP

1. ART-DOM Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łódź (92-402) at ul. Zakładowa90/92 National Court Register Number 0000354059 (Guarantor) guarantees that the purchased device is free from physical defects. The warranty covers only defects resulting from the causes inherent in the item sold (manufac turing defects).
2. A disclosed defect will be removed at the Guarantor's expense within 14 days from the date of reporting the damage to the authorized service or point of sale.

3. In exceptional cases, e.g. the need to import spare parts from their manufac turer, the repair period may be extended up to 30 days.

4. The warranty period for the user is 24 months from the date of delivery of the goods.

5. The goods are intended for use only in the conditions of an individual household.
6. The present warranty does not cover:

a. damage caused by using the device in a manner inconsistent with the user manual,
b. mechanical, chemical or thermal damage,
c. repairs and modifications made by companies or persons that were not authorized to do so by the manufacturer,
d. parts that are inherently easy to wear or consumables such as: batteries, bulbs, fuses, filters, knobs, shelves, accessories,
e. installation, maintenance, inspection, cleaning, unlocking, removal of contaminants and instruction.

1. The Guarantor will select the mode of defect removal at its own discretion. Removal of a confirmed defect of the device will take place through warranty repair or replacement of the device. The Guarantor may perform repairs when the buyer requests replacement or the Guarantor may perform replacements when the buyer requests repair, if bringing the goods (device) into conformity in accordance with the granted warranty in the manner selected by the buyer is impossible or would require excessive costs at the part of Guarantor. In particularly justified cases, if both repair and replacement are impossible or would require excessive costs for the Guarantor, the Guarantor may refuse to bring the goods into compliance with the granted warranty and propose another way to settle the warranty claim.
2. The exchange of goods is made at the point of sale at which the goods were purchased (replacement or refund) or an authorized service point, if it offers such service (replacement). The returned device must be complete, without mechanical damage. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in failure to accept the warranty claim.
3. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the sales contract, the buyer is entitled by law to legal protection measures on the part and at the expense of the seller, and the warranty does not affect these remedies.
4. The present warranty is valid in Poland.
5. The condition for the warranty repair or replacement of the device is the presentation of proof of purchase and the use of the goods in accordance with the information contained in the operating manual
