Frequently Asked Questions - VR 935 ECG

How do I empty the dust container on the ECG VR 935?
Press the release button on the top of the dust container and pull it out. Hold it over a trash bin, press the bottom release button to open the flap, and empty the contents. Make sure to clean the filter regularly.
How often should I clean the HEPA filter?
Clean the HEPA filter every 3-4 months, or sooner if suction decreases. Tap it gently to remove dust or rinse under cold water (if labeled washable) and let it dry completely for 24 hours before reinserting.
What should I do if the vacuum loses suction?
Check if the dust container is full, the filters are clogged, or there is a blockage in the hose or nozzle. Clean or replace filters and remove any obstructions from the hose.
How do I check for blockages in the hose?
Detach the hose from the vacuum and nozzle. Use a long object (e.g., handle of a broom) to gently push out any blockage. You can also hold the hose up to a light to see through it.
Can I use the vacuum without the HEPA filter?
No, never operate the vacuum without the HEPA filter installed. It protects the motor and ensures proper filtration. Running without it could damage the vacuum and release dust back into the room.
How do I replace the filter on the ECG VR 935?
Turn off and unplug the vacuum. Open the filter cover (usually located on the top or side of the dust container). Remove the old filter and insert the new one, making sure it fits securely. Close the cover.
What is the power consumption of this vacuum?
The ECG VR 935 has a maximum power consumption of 800 watts. It operates on standard household voltage (220-240 V).
Why does the vacuum turn off during use?
This may be due to overheating protection. The vacuum has a thermal safety switch that turns it off if it gets too hot. Let it cool for at least 30 minutes, check for blockages or full dust container, and then try again.
How do I wind the power cord after use?
Hold the plug and press the cord rewind button (usually located on the top of the vacuum). The cord will automatically retract. Make sure your hand is not in the way.
What accessories come with the VR 935?
The vacuum includes a crevice tool for tight spaces, an upholstery brush for furniture, and a small dusting brush for delicate surfaces. All accessories can be stored on board.

ECG VR 935 - INSTALLATION OF THE RECHARGE BASE - 1

natural_image Technical line drawings of two mechanical devices, one with a handle and base, the other with a cylindrical component and base (no text or symbols)

RECHARGING THE VACUUM CLEANER

Connect the adapter into a power socket, after connection a battery recharging light will turn on on the base. The approximate recharging time is 14 hours.

When the performance of the vacuum cleaner starts to slowly decline and makes it impossible to vacuum as usual, leave the vacuum cleaner in operation until it discharges full and then recharge the product again. We recommend to repeat this procedure at least once a month. If this procedure does not suit you, you can recharge the product as you wish, but after 5 standard recharge cycles allow the product to fully discharge and then recharge again.

VACUUM CLEANER OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

By switching the on/off button forward the vacuum cleaner will be turned on. When you have the feeling that the performance of the vacuum cleaner has declined or the vacuum cleaner stop vacuuming then it is necessary to recharge it again. The operating time of the vacuum cleaner is approximately 15 minutes.

ECG VR 935 - VACUUM CLEANER OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS - 1

If you wish to vacuum dust in tight areas or in corners, which are not easy to access, we recommend the use of the slot nozzle. When vacuuming liquids on a smooth surface use the nozzle for liquids (wiper).

By holding the vacuum cleaner in the vertical position with the nozzle facing down toward the ground, you will see the extent to which the container is full. Empty the dust and liquid container before you reach the maximum level.

EMPTYING THE CONTAINER

Always turn off the vacuum cleaner before carrying out maintenance!

To ensure the maximum performance of the vacuum cleaner it is very important to regularly clean the fi iter.

  1. Press the release button and remove the dust container (pic. 3).
  2. Take the filter out of the dust container and empty the container (pics. 4 and 5).
  3. Clean out the dust and dirt from the filter, a more thorough cleaning of the filter is carried out by washing it with cold or lukewarm water. To clean the dust container use a damp cloth.
  4. Allow the container and filter to dry properly before inserting it back into the dust container. Keep the filter sufficiently far away from heat sources, e.g. heating, otherwise it may be damaged.
  5. Insert the filter back into the container and check that it is correctly and firmly inserted (pic 6).
  6. Put the container back by pushing until you hear a click.
