1.1. Power Supply
Make sure the main voltage is compatible with the appliance's. If this is not the case please consult the Customer Support Service.

1.2. Power Cord and Other Cables
Do not tangle the cord or pull it to disconnect the appliance. Also, keep the cord away from warm surfaces.
Never use the appliance if it has a damaged cable or socket.
Take it to the Technical Support Service for replacement.
1.3. Humidity and Water
Do not use your appliance in humid places. Do not allow the appliance to become wet under any circumstances as this may be dangerous. To avoid fire hazard or electric shock do not expose your appliance to humidity or water. Furthermore, do not place your appliance under water (e.g. for cleaning).
1.4. Cleaning
Before cleaning, be sure to switch off the appliance and remove the plug from the main power supply. Always allow the unit to cool down before cleaning.
To clean the exterior of the product use a dry soft cloth only.

2. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
2.1. Product Description
- The room should be well-ventilated when the cooker hood is used at the same time as appliances burning gas or other fuels.
- There is risk of fire if the cleaning is not carried out in accordance with the instructions.
- The air must not be discharged into a flue that is used for exhausting fumes from appliances burning gas or other fuels.
- When the range hood is located above a gas appliance, the minimum distance between the supporting surface for the cooking vessels on the hob and the lowest part of the rang hood that distance must be at least 65 cm.
- If the supply cord or the LED bulb are damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

2.1.1 Installation Instructions
Method A:
If you have an outlet to the outside, your cooker hood can be connected as below picture by means of an extraction duct (enamel, aluminium, flexible pipe or non-flammable material with an interior diameter of 120mm).

Before installation, turn the unit off and unplug it from the outlet.
-
The cooker hoods should be placed at a distance of 65-75cm from the cooking surface for best effect. See Pic 1.

- To install onto the wall, drill 2 holes of ∅ 8mm on a suitable place according with the centre distance of hole in the back of the cooker hood. See Pic 2

- Insert the wall plugs into the holes.
- Insert the ST4*30mm screws into the wall plugs and tight.
- Put up the cooker hood onto the fixed screws.
- Then use the attached accessories enclosed to turn the safety screws into the two holes of inside the hood, and then fix the screws to tighten the hood onto the wall. See picture below.

Method B:
- Drill 4 holes of ∅ 6mm at the bottom of the hanging cupboard. See pic below.

- Install the cooker hood on the bottom of the cupboard, tighten the cooker hood with enclosed M4 screws + flat washer.
- Put the expansion pipe on the outlet, then lead it to outdoor. Note: the expansion is not supplied.
Note: There are 2 methods for ventilation, including 'horizontal ventilation' and 'vertical ventilation'. Please pay attention to the ventilation method when installation.

Horizontal ventilation: See Pic A, please use the tool to knock out the outlet cover on the top, then the air can be vented from top.
Vertical ventilation: See Pic B, please use the tool to knock out the outlet cover on the back, then the air can be vented from back.

2.1.2 Air ventilation setting
Outdoor air ventilation: Turn the adjuster to outdoor position (pic A), install the outlet, turn on the cooker hood, then the air will be vented from the outside outlet.
Indoor air ventilation: Turn the adjuster to indoor position (pic B), install the outlet cover, turn on the cooker hood, then the air can be vented from the inside outlet.

2.2. Using the Product
2.2.1. Operation
How to use the control panel (See Pic 8):
a. Press the button "Stop", the motor will stop.
b. Press the button "Low", the motor will run at low speed.
c. Press the button "Mid", the motor will run at medium speed.
d. Press the button "High", the motor will run at high speed.
e. Press the button "Light", both lights will switch on. Press the button again; the lights will switch off.

2.2.2. LED Light
Changing the light

Warning: The LED light should be replaced by a competent on! If the LED light is damaged, contact the Customer Support service for assistance.
- Remove the grease filter.
- Loosen the 2pcs ST4*8mm self-tapping screw from the lamp plate, take out the lampplate.
- Disassembly the 3pcs ST3*12mm screws on the terminal box cover and take down the wire cover.
- Pull out the terminal from the PCB terminal block, disconnect the wire connector and replace the light.
• ILCOS D code for this lamp is: DBS-2/65-H-120/33 - Max wattage: 1×2 W

2.3. Maintenance
Changing and cleaning the filter:
Remove the filters as shown in the instructions of Picture 10;
- You can clean the filter through the following method:
- Soak them for about 3 minute in hot water (40-50 degrees) with a grease loosening detergent, and brush it gently with a soft brush. Please, do not apply too much pressure to avoid damaging it.

It can be put in the dishwasher with detergent, set the temperature at around 60 degrees.
-
Please do not use abrasive detergents for they will damage the hood;
- Make sure that the hood is switched off before cleaning it;
- Clean the filters after approximately 30 hours of use, or at least once a month.

• To install filters for the following four steps.
- Angle the filter into slots at the back of the hood.
- Push the button on handle of the filter.
- Release the handle once the filter fits into a resting position.
- Repeat to install all filters.

KUNFT has designed this appliance in order to guarantee maximum reliability. However, if a problem occurs do not attempt to open the appliance - there is a risk of electrical shock. If you are not able to solve the problem, please contact the Costumer Support Service of any Worten, Modelo or Continente store in order to be assisted. Worten Equipamentos para o Lar provides a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of purchase of the appliance.
