Comment installer mon imprimante multifonction bizhub 215 ?

Déballez l'appareil et retirez tous les rubans de protection. Placez-la sur une surface stable. Branchez le câble d'alimentation et allumez l'appareil. Suivez les instructions à l'écran pour configurer la langue, la date et l'heure. Installez le toner et le tambour neufs. Chargez du papier dans le bac. Comment numériser un document vers une clé USB ?

Insérez une clé USB dans le port USB hôte (standard sur le BIZHUB 215). Placez le document sur la vitre ou dans le chargeur automatique de documents (ADF) en option. Appuyez sur la touche 'Scan', puis choisissez 'Scan to USB'. Sélectionnez les paramètres souhaités (format, résolution) et appuyez sur 'Démarrer'. Le fichier sera enregistré sur la clé USB.

Comment remplacer le toner ?

Ouvrez le capot avant de l'imprimante. Retirez l'ancienne cartouche de toner en la tirant vers vous. Sortez la nouvelle cartouche de son emballage, secouez-la doucement pour répartir le toner. Insérez-la dans l'appareil jusqu'à ce qu'elle s'enclenche. Fermez le capot. L'appareil effectuera une séquence d'initialisation. Utilisez uniquement le toner Simitri HD avec biomasse recommandé.

Comment effectuer une copie recto-verso ?

Placez votre document sur la vitre ou dans l'ADF. Appuyez sur la touche 'Menu' ou 'Réglages' sur l'écran LCD. Naviguez jusqu'à 'Copie recto-verso' et sélectionnez le mode souhaité (ex: recto-verso, livre, etc.). Appuyez sur 'OK' puis sur 'Démarrer'. L'appareil numérisera les deux faces et imprimera en recto-verso automatiquement.

Que faire si l'imprimante n'imprime pas ?

Vérifiez d'abord que l'appareil est allumé et affiche 'Prêt'. Assurez-vous qu'il y a du papier dans le bac et qu'il n'y a pas de bourrage. Vérifiez les connexions USB ou réseau. Comment configurer la numérisation vers un dossier partagé sur PC ?

Sur le PC, créez un dossier partagé avec les permissions de lecture/écriture. Notez le nom du PC et le chemin du dossier. Sur l'imprimante, allez dans le menu 'Scan' puis 'Scan to PC (SMB)'. Saisissez l'adresse IP ou le nom du PC, le nom du dossier et vos identifiants de connexion. Testez la connexion. Une fois configuré, vous pouvez numériser directement vers ce dossier.

Quels formats de fichiers sont pris en charge pour la numérisation ?
