Comment régler la sonnerie du téléphone ?

Appuyez sur la touche i puis composez 5 JKL et 3 DEF. Le numéro et le volume de la sonnerie s'affichent. Utilisez les touches 1 ou 2 pour choisir la sonnerie (8 disponibles) et ajuster le volume (1 à 7). Validez avec OK.

Comment verrouiller le téléphone ?

Appuyez sur la touche i puis composez 2 ABC. Saisissez votre code personnel (4 chiffres, par défaut 1515). Utilisez 1 pour verrouiller et 2 pour déverrouiller.

Comment transférer un appel vers un autre poste ?

Pendant une communication, appuyez sur la touche transfert, composez le numéro du poste destinataire, puis raccrochez.

Comment effectuer une conférence à trois ?

Pendant une conversation, mettez l'autre appel en attente (touche ligne) puis composez le code de fonction Conférence (par défaut 3). Appuyez une nouvelle fois sur la même touche pour annuler la conférence.

Comment programmer un numéro dans le répertoire personnel ?

Appuyez sur la touche i puis 5 JKL et 1. Saisissez l'ancien code (si modifié). Ensuite, entrez le nouveau numéro (interne ou externe) et le nom (en utilisant les lettres sur les touches). Validez chaque étape avec OK.

Comment consulter les messages vocaux ?

Lorsque le voyant lumineux clignote, décrochez et suivez les instructions vocales. Pour les messages écrits, appuyez sur la touche message ou composez le code de fonction approprié.

Comment activer le renvoi d'appel vers un autre poste ?

Appuyez sur la touche divert, composez le numéro du poste de destination, puis raccrochez. Pour annuler tous les renvois, composez 00 ou programmez un autre type de renvoi.
