How to adjust the ringtone?

Press the i key then dial 5 JKL and 3 DEF. The ringtone number and volume are displayed. Use keys 1 or 2 to select the ringtone (8 available) and adjust the volume (1 to 7). Press OK to confirm.

How to lock the phone?

Press the i key then dial 2 ABC. Enter your personal code (4 digits, default 1515). Use 1 to lock and 2 to unlock.

How to transfer a call to another extension?

During a call, press the transfer key, dial the destination extension number, then hang up.

How to make a three-way conference?

During a call, put the other call on hold (line key) then dial the Conference function code (default 3). Press the same key again to cancel the conference.

How to program a number in the personal directory?

Press the i key then 5 JKL and 1. Enter the old code (if changed). Then enter the new number (internal or external) and the name (using letters on keys). Confirm each step with OK.

How to check voicemail?

When the indicator light flashes, pick up the handset and follow the voice instructions. For text messages, press the message key or dial the appropriate function code.

How to activate call forwarding to another extension?

Press the divert key, dial the destination extension number, then hang up. To cancel all forwarding, dial 00 or program another type of forwarding.

How to increase the handset or speaker volume?

Use the + and - keys on the side of the handset to adjust the speaker or earpiece volume.

How to use auto redial?

If the internal number is busy, press the redial key or dial 5. The redial will be performed automatically as soon as the line is free.

How to reset the personal code?

The default code is 1515. To change it, press i then 5 JKL and 1. Enter the old code, then the new 4-digit code. Press OK to confirm.

Installing the programmable key label

A printed label is supplied with the station. This should be installed between the programmable keys.

1 Insert a flat "blade" into the slot.
2 Raise the cover.
3 Slide the printed label into position.
