Comment numériser un document vers une clé USB ?

Insérez la clé USB dans le port dédié. Sur l'écran tactile, appuyez sur Numérisation, puis sélectionnez Vers USB. Choisissez les paramètres (couleur, résolution) et lancez la numérisation.

Comment interrompre une tâche d'impression pour copier un document urgent ?

Utilisez la fonction Interruption de tâche (Job Interrupt) depuis l'écran tactile. La file d'impression est temporairement suspendue, vous pouvez copier votre document urgent. Une fois la copie terminée, l'impression reprend automatiquement.

Comment configurer l'impression sécurisée (impression cryptée) ?

Depuis le pilote d'impression sur votre ordinateur, activez l'option Impression cryptée et définissez un mot de passe. Sur l'imprimante, vous devrez saisir ce mot de passe sur l'écran tactile pour libérer le document.

Que faire en cas de bourrage papier ?

Ouvrez le capot avant et retirez délicatement le papier coincé. Vérifiez également le chargeur automatique. Consultez la notice pour les emplacements précis. Utilisez du papier adapté pour éviter les bourrages.

Comment remplacer le toner ?

Ouvrez le capot avant. Retirez l'ancienne cartouche de toner et insérez la nouvelle en suivant les indications de couleur. Refermez le capot. L'imprimante effectuera une séquence d'initialisation.

Comment imprimer en recto-verso automatique ?

Dans le pilote d'impression, sélectionnez l'option Recto-verso (duplex). Assurez-vous que le bac approprié est sélectionné. Le MC860 imprime automatiquement des deux côtés.

Comment configurer le fax ?

Connectez la ligne téléphonique au port LINE. Accédez au menu Paramètres sur l'écran tactile, puis Fax. Saisissez votre numéro de fax et les paramètres de transmission (vitesse, résolution).

Comment numériser un document vers un ordinateur du réseau ?

Assurez-vous que l'imprimante est connectée au réseau. Depuis l'écran tactile, sélectionnez Numérisation, puis Vers réseau. Choisissez le dossier de destination ou l'adresse email configurée.

Que signifie le message 'Toner faible' ?

Le niveau de toner est bas. Commandez une cartouche de remplacement dès que possible. Vous pouvez continuer à imprimer jusqu'à ce que la qualité ne soit plus satisfaisante.

Comment restaurer les paramètres d'usine ?

Sur l'écran tactile, allez dans Paramètres > Maintenance > Réinitialisation > Réinitialisation d'usine. Confirmez l'opération. Notez que cela effacera tous les réglages personnalisés.
