1. Protection of the camping connection

If your Ultraheat is powered via the 230V~ camping socket, the protective fuse or circuit breaker is located in the electrical panel of the camping site. The power must correspond to the site's fuse value:

500W: consumption 2.2A
1000W: consumption 4.5A
2000W: consumption 8.5A

2. Protection of the vehicle or caravan

If the device is installed in a vehicle or caravan, the residual current circuit breaker (RCCB) or fuse is located in the 230V distribution panel of the vehicle, usually near the battery or in the electrical compartment.

Important point

Warning: Any opening of the Ultraheat casing or internal manipulation is strictly reserved for qualified Truma personnel. Before any intervention, completely disconnect the device from the 230V network on all poles. Unauthorized modifications void the warranty and compliance.

Important for cold periods: If you do not fill the boiler, be aware that water may still accumulate in the boiler during operation or water refilling. To avoid freeze damage during winter (especially below 4°C), it is imperative to completely empty the boiler by pressing the "empty" control button (n) on the safety/vent valve. This draining should be done regularly if you are not using the hot water function.
