The REV DB500AC is a wireless doorbell whose chime (receiver) and button are factory pre-paired. To re-pair or re-register the system (for example, to add a new chime or button, or after a loss of connection):

Re-pairing Procedure

First select your preferred ringtone on the chime before starting
Press and hold the “Volume” button on the chime for 5 seconds until you hear a “Ding-dong” and see the LED indicator flash — pairing mode is then active
Press the doorbell button (the button at the door) to send a signal to the chime
If pairing is successful, the chime will automatically play the ringtone you selected

Important notice: Pairing mode remains active for only 5 seconds — you must press the doorbell button quickly after activating the mode on the chime.

Important points to know

A chime can be paired with up to 20 doorbell buttons
A button can be paired with up to 20 chimes
You can assign a different ringtone to each button on the same chime to distinguish them

For a complete reset of the chime to factory settings, press and hold the “Melody Back” button for 5 seconds until you hear a “Ding-dong.”
