How do I connect the pressure washer to a water supply?

Ensure the water hose has a diameter of at least 1/2 inch and connect it to the water inlet fitting using a quick-connect adapter. Turn on the water supply fully before starting the motor.

Can I use detergent with this pressure washer?

Yes. Fill the detergent tank with approved detergent. Attach the low-pressure nozzle (foam cannon) and adjust the mixture dial if available. Always use detergents designed for pressure washers.

What is the maximum water temperature allowed?

The maximum inlet water temperature is 40 °C. Do not use hot water as it may damage the pump seals.

How often should I clean the filter?

Why is the pressure low?

Common causes: clogged nozzle, air in the system, low water supply, or worn pump. First, clean the nozzle and purge air by squeezing the trigger without the nozzle attached.

How do I store the pressure washer for winter?

Drain all water from the pump, hose, and nozzles. Run the machine briefly with antifreeze for pressure washers. Store in a frost-free area above 0 °C.

Can I use an extension cord?

Yes, but use a heavy-duty extension cord with a cross-section of at least 1.5 mm² and a length not exceeding 20 m. Fully unwind the cord to prevent overheating.

What is the Total Stop System?

The Total Stop System automatically shuts off the motor when the trigger is released, saving energy and reducing wear. It restarts when the trigger is pulled again.

How to replace the nozzle?

Turn off the machine and release water pressure by pulling the trigger. Push the quick-connect collar on the spray lance and insert the desired nozzle until it clicks. Ensure secure connection before use.

Important safety instructions

• The machine is not intended to be used by persons (children or adults) with any form of functional disorders, or by persons who do not have sufficient experience or knowledge on how to use it, unless they have received instructions concerning the use of the machine from someone who is responsible for their safety.
• Keep children under supervision to make sure they do not play with the machine.
• Check that none of the parts are damaged before use. Do not use the machine if it is damaged.
• Check the power cord. A damaged power cord must be replaced by an authorised service centre, or qualified person, to ensure safe use.
• The machine must be connected to the mains supply with a residual current device with a maximum tripping current of 30 mA.
• The machine is intended for the detergents recommended by the manufacturer. The use of other detergents or chemicals can put safety at risk.
• Do not use the machine near other persons who are not wearing safety clothing.
• High-pressure jets can be dangerous if they are not used properly. Do not point the jet at persons, live electrical equipment or at the high-pressure cleaner.
• Do not point the jet at yourself or any other person, e.g. to clean your clothes or shoes.
• Never spray flammable liquids – risk of explosion.
• Always disconnect the power cord from the mains before carrying out any maintenance or service on the machine.
• Never allow children, or persons who have not read and understood these instructions, to use the machine.
• Only use spare parts and accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
• Switch off the machine and unplug the power cord before cleaning and/or maintenance.
• High-pressure hoses, fittings and couplings are very important parts for the safe use of the machine. Only use hoses, fittings and couplings recommended by the manufacturer.
• Do not use the machine if the power cord or any other important parts, e.g. safety devices, high-pressure hoses and the trigger handle, are damaged.
• Do not use the machine at temperatures lower than 0^ .
  • Always pull an extension cord all the way out.
• An extension cord must be waterproof.
• Unsuitable extension cords can cause a fire and/or electric shock.
• An extension cord must comply with the following requirements concerning its cross sectional area and length.
• 1.0 mm² max. 12.5 m
• 1.5 mm² max. 20 m
• 2.5 mm² max. 30 m
• Keep power cord connections dry and above ground.
• A damaged power cord must be replaced by an authorised service centre, or qualified person, to ensure safe use.
• Place the machine on a level, stable surface when in use and during handling, transport and storage. If the machine tips over or drops it can cause personal injury.
• Switch off the machine immediately in the event of problems or malfunctioning. In the event of contact with detergent, switch off the machine immediately and rinse with lots of water.
  NOTE: When starting the machine there may be a temporary voltage drop in the mains supply, which could affect other equipment. Such interference does not normally occur if the impedance in the mains supply is less than 0.335 ohm. You may need to contact your electricity supplier for more information.
• An incorrectly connected earthed plug can result in electric shock. Consult an electrician or qualified technician if you have any questions about electrical connections or earthing.
• Never modify the plug in any way. If the plug does not fit the mains socket, contact an authorised electrician to install an earthed mains socket.

Connection

• The machine must be connected to the mains supply with a residual current device with a maximum tripping current of 30 mA.
  • IMPORTANT: Only use clean water.
• Use a suitable filter if there is a risk of sand getting into the inlet.

Safety devices

OPERATION

Intended use

The machine is intended to be used to clean vehicles, machines and buildings etc. The machine is only intended for household use.

Before use

Screw the quick coupling on the water inlet. NOTE: The inlet filter must always be fitted on the inlet pipe to filter sand, lime and other contaminants that can damage the pump valves. IMPORTANT: The warranty will be invalidated if the machine is used without a filter.

Installation

1. Place the machine as close to the water supply as possible.
2. Place the machine on a level, stable surface when in use.
3. Fit the spray head in the spray gun and twist to lock in place.
4. Connect the spray gun to the high-pressure hose.
5. Connect the high-pressure hose to the water outlet on the machine.
6. Connect the female coupling on the water hose to the water inlet on the machine. The minimum hose dimension is 1/2" (13 mm). The hose must be reinforced. The incoming water flow must be at least as large as the maximum flow for the machine.

Connection

1. Connect the high-pressure hose to the outlet.
2. Fit the spray head on the spray gun. Press and turn to lock.
3. Connect a standard 1/2" garden hose with a length of 5 to 25 metres to the water inlet. IMPORTANT: Only use clean water. Use a suitable filter if there is a risk of sand getting into the inlet. Flush water

through the hose before connecting, to flush out any impurities. NOTE: Check that the filter is fitted to the inlet pipe, and that it is not blocked.

1. Connect the water hose to the water line. The maximum water pressure is 7 bar, and maximum temperature 40^ C.
2. Open the water supply. NOTE: The inlet hose should be connected to a water line with a maximum pressure of 7 bar. The inlet temperature of the water must not be more than 40^ C. Check that the hose is undamaged and does not leak.
3. Set the power switch in the OFF position.
4. Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the rated voltage on the type plate. Plug the plug into the mains outlet.

Use

1. Open the water tap all the way.
2. Release the trigger lock and press the trigger for a few seconds to remove any air and relieve the pressure in the hose.
3. Keep the trigger pressed and press the power switch to start the motor.
4. Always keep the power switch pressed when starting the motor. NOTE: The motor only works when the trigger is pressed.
5. The spray pattern from the nozzle can be adjusted. WARNING: Do not adjust the nozzle when the trigger is pressed.
6. Apply detergent on a dry surface with a wide spray pattern and low pressure. Work from below and up on vertical surfaces.
7. Allow the detergent to act for a few minutes, but do not let it dry.
8. Make sure that there is no water running on surfaces that should not be wet.

Using the turbo head

The turbo head produces a higher jet pressure.

1. Switch off the machine.
2. Unscrew the adjustable head and fit the turbo head on the spray gun.
3. Start the machine.

MAINTENANCE

NOTE: Switch off the machine and unplug the power cord before cleaning and/or maintenance.

• Clean the suction and detergent filter at intervals of 50 working hours.
• Clean the nozzle with the supplied tool.
• Remove the head from the spray gun, clean the hole and rinse.

Storage

1. Switch off the machine.
2. Turn off the water tap.
3. Empty the detergent from the container.
4. Relieve the pressure in the machine by pressing the trigger until no water comes out through the nozzle.
5. Lock the trigger lock.
6. Unplug the power cord.
7. Treat the machine with non-corrosive, non-toxic antifreeze before putting into winter storage.

IMPORTANT: Flush the machine with clean water before using it again. Antifreeze can damage flushed surfaces.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Switch off the machine and unplug the power cord before maintenance and/or inspection. Check the following points before contacting your dealer for a service.

Problem	Possible cause	Action
The machine will not start.	The power cord is not plugged in.	Plug in the power cord.
	The mains outlet is not supplied with voltage.	Try another mains outlet.
	The fuse has tripped.	Switch off any other appliances connected to the same circuit, and replace the fuse.
	The extension cord is defective.	Try with another extension cord.
The pressure fluctuates.	The pump sucks air.	Check that hoses and connections are airtight.
	The valves are dirty, worn or have stuck.	Clean and replace, or contact your dealer.
	The pump seals are worn.	Clean and replace, or contact your dealer.
The machine stops.	The fuse has tripped.	Switch off any other appliances connected to the same circuit, and replace the fuse.
	Incorrect mains voltage.	Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the rated voltage on the type plate.
	The overheating protection has tripped.	Allow the machine to cool for 5 minutes.
	The nozzle is partially blocked.	Clean the nozzle.
The fuse trips.	Fuse is too weak.	Connect the machine to a mains outlet with a suitable fuse for the machine's power consumption. Try using the machine without an extension cord.On account of the washer's high power output, 2.2 kW, no other consumer may be connected if a 10 A slow-burn fuse is used.
Pulsating flow.	Air in the inlet hose.	Press the trigger and allow water to run out until the normal operating pressure is restored.
	The water supply is inadequate.	Check that the water's inlet pressure is adequate.NOTE: Do not use a hose smaller than 1/2".
	The nozzle is partially blocked.	Clean the nozzle.
	The water filter is blocked.	Clean the filter.
	The hose is bent or clenched.	Straighten out the hose.
The machine starts and stops without pressing the trigger.	There is a leak in the pump/spray gun.	Contact your dealer.
The machine starts but no water comes out.	The pump, hoses and/or accessories are frozen.	Allow the pump, hoses and/or accessories to thaw out.
	No water supply.	Connect the water supply.
	The water filter is blocked.	Clean the filter.
	The nozzle is blocked.	Clean the nozzle.
